The Therapy subsequently assists them in focusing on different goals, and through sub conscious motivation helps them achieve these goals.

This is a wonderful tool to assist the client to:

1. Identify and re-frame the emotional need for the addictive behavior

2. Assist in managing cravings

3. Remain motivated to stay in the program

4. Help them push though recovery plateaus or relapses

5. Help them set and achieve future goals.

Two to four sessions over a three to six week period (with “top up’s” where needed) should be sufficient.

The first session will be 90 to 120 minutes long, and will cover going into and out of trance, setting up a positive resource state and anchor, and some basic symptom alleviation and motivation work. Address Stage One physiology re structuring.

The second session should be within two weeks of the first, and will be 60 minutes. Here we will do a combination of analytical age regression and part or ego state therapy where we understand and re frame emotional linkages. The session ends with positive outcomes as post hypnotic suggestions.

The third and fourth session would be a “top up” from session two, and will also focus on positive life changes, goal setting and achievement. Address Stage Two physiology re structuring if needed.
