Induction

Hello, and welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful environment, surrounded by nature. Visualize the sights, sounds, and smells of this serene place. Allow the calming atmosphere to envelop you, and feel your body and mind relaxing.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your eyelids growing heavy, your shoulders dropping, and your jaw releasing any tension.

Deepening

As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count backwards from 10 to 1. With each number, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful.

10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1…

Body Scan

Now, bring your attention to your body. Starting from the crown of your head, bring awareness to each part of your body, slowly scanning down to your toes.

As you focus on each area, release any tension, any stress, or any discomfort. Allow yourself to let go of any physical or emotional weight that you may be carrying.

Calmness Visualization

Imagine yourself in a calm and peaceful state, feeling completely relaxed and serene. Visualize yourself in a place that brings you a sense of calmness, such as a beach or a forest.

Imagine the sounds of nature, the feeling of the breeze on your skin, and the warmth of the sun on your face. Allow yourself to fully relax and let go of any tension or stress.

Breathing Exercise

Now, focus on your breath. Take slow, deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. As you inhale, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. As you exhale, imagine any stress or tension leaving your body.

Repeat this breathing exercise several times, feeling yourself becoming more calm and relaxed with each breath.

Calmness Affirmation

Repeat the following affirmation to yourself:

“I am calm, peaceful, and relaxed. I trust myself and my abilities, and I know that I can handle any situation that comes my way.”

Reinforcement

Remember, you have the power to choose how you respond to life’s challenges. You can always take a few deep breaths, focus on your body, and connect with your calm and peaceful state.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count backwards from 5 to 1. With each number, you’ll feel yourself becoming more calm, more peaceful, and more connected to your inner self.

Awakening

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Notice how you feel more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful.
