Imagine that you are in a loving, intimate situation with a man. See yourself as connected, present, and fully engaged. Notice the sensations in your body, the feelings of pleasure and arousal.

Here is a sample script for a hypnotherapy session focused on addressing sexual dysfunction caused by fear of men:

Title: “Overcoming Fear and Embracing Intimacy”

Induction:

“Welcome, and take a deep breath in. As you exhale, allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, calming environment, where you feel safe and supported.

“As you settle in, take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyes to gently close. Feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm with each breath. You are safe, and you are in control.

“Imagine yourself descending a peaceful staircase, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. With each breath, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed’ to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious mind.”

Deepening:

“Imagine yourself in a beautiful, serene forest, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature and the warmth of the sun on your skin. Notice the feeling of calmness and relaxation in this environment.

“As you walk through the forest, notice the different trees and flowers that represent different aspects of your life. See the trees of strength, the flowers of courage, and the sparkling stream of confidence. Allow yourself to feel a sense of connection to this forest, and know that it represents the best version of yourself.”

Fear of Men:

“Now, imagine that you are holding a small, fragile vase in your hand. This vase represents the fear and anxiety you may feel around men. Notice how it feels, perhaps delicate, vulnerable, and easily broken.

“Imagine that you are slowly placing the vase on a sturdy shelf, feeling it become safe and secure. Watch as it becomes stronger and more resilient, no longer fragile or vulnerable.

“Repeat after me: ‘I release fear and anxiety.’ ‘I trust in my strength and resilience.’ ‘I am capable of loving and being loved.’

“Imagine that with each breath, you are filling yourself with confidence, self-trust, and self-love. See yourself as a strong, capable, and deserving individual, worthy of intimacy and connection.”

Visualization:

“Now, imagine that you are in a loving, intimate situation with a man. See yourself as connected, present, and fully engaged. Notice the sensations in your body, the feelings of pleasure and arousal.

“Imagine that you are fully absorbed in the moment, enjoying the sensations and the connection with this man. See yourself as a strong, confident, and deserving individual, worthy of love, intimacy, and connection.

“As you visualize this scenario, repeat after me: ‘I am strong and capable.’ ‘I trust in myself.’ ‘I am worthy of love and intimacy.'”

Counting and Awakening:

“Now, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly count backwards from five, feeling yourself becoming more alert and awake with each number. Five… four… three… two… one.

“When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more connected to your body and your sexuality.”

Focused Energy Healing the Mind, Body and Spirit with Hypnotherapy

Here is a script for a hypnotherapy session focused on energy healing for the mind, body, and spirit:

Induction

“Welcome to this journey of healing and relaxation. Allow yourself to take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel any tension or stress leave your body. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene place, where you feel completely safe and at ease.

As we begin this hypnotherapy session, I invite you to allow your eyes to grow heavy, and your eyelids to slowly close. Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your body relax even further.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head, and flowing down to your toes. As this light touches each part of your body, it brings with it relaxation, calmness, and a sense of well-being.

Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns. You are safe, and protected, and you can trust that you are in control of this journey.”

Deepening

“Now, I want you to imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase. With each step down, you will feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, more and more calm. Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, take a step down.

Notice how your body feels, how your mind feels, as you descend deeper into relaxation. Take another step down, and another, and another.

As you reach the bottom of the staircase, you find yourself in a beautiful, peaceful place. It could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Notice the sights, sounds, and sensations of this place. Allow yourself to feel fully present, and fully relaxed.”

Energy Healing

“Now, I want you to imagine that you are surrounded by a brilliant, white light. This light represents the healing energy of the universe, and it is here to nurture, and support you.

As you inhale, imagine this light filling your body, filling any areas that may be tense, or stressed. Imagine it restoring balance, and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.

As you exhale, imagine any pain, or discomfort leaving your body. Imagine it being released, and let go of, like autumn leaves falling to the ground.

Allow this healing energy to flow through you, nourishing your body, calming your mind, and uplifting your spirit. Imagine it filling your heart with love, and your soul with peace.”

Mind Body Spirit Integration

“Now, I want you to imagine that your mind, body, and spirit are all connected, and in harmony. Imagine a cord of light, stretching from the crown of your head, down to your heart, and then to your belly.

As you inhale, imagine this cord of light expanding, and growing stronger. Imagine it connecting your thoughts, emotions, and physical body, in perfect harmony.

As you exhale, imagine any imbalance, or discord, leaving your system. Imagine it being replaced by peace, clarity, and a sense of well-being.

Allow yourself to feel fully integrated, and connected. Imagine that you are a shining, radiant being, filled with love, light, and life.”

Closing

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine that you are bringing this feeling of relaxation, and harmony, back with you, into your waking state.

Remember, you can return to this peaceful place, whenever you need to. You can access this healing energy, and this state of relaxation, at any time.

When you are ready, you can slowly open your eyes, and return to your day, feeling refreshed, renewed, and restored.”
