Current Life Regression Hypnotherapy Session

You are in control, and you can choose to release any negative patterns or emotions that no longer serve you.

Here is a sample script for a current life regression hypnotherapy session:

*Induction*

“Welcome to this current life regression hypnotherapy session. My name is [Your Name], and I’ll be guiding you through this journey. Please find a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting, and take a deep breath in… and out… Allow yourself to relax, feeling your body becoming heavier and heavier with each breath.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs, and as you breathe out, imagine any tension or stress leaving your body.

Take a deep breath in… and out… and allow yourself to let go of any thoughts or worries. You are safe, and you are in control. With each step down the staircase, you become more and more relaxed.

Now, imagine yourself at the bottom of the staircase, surrounded by a warm, peaceful light. This light represents your subconscious mind, and it’s where we’ll access your current life memories.

Take a deep breath in… and out… and allow yourself to fully relax, feeling your body and mind becoming one with the peaceful light.”

*Deepening*

“Imagine yourself sinking deeper into relaxation, feeling your body becoming heavier and heavier. Your eyelids are growing heavy, and your breathing is becoming slower and more relaxed.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself being pulled back to a specific event or memory in your current life. You may see flashes of images, or feel sensations in your body. Allow yourself to observe these sensations, without judgment or attachment.

You are now in a state of deep relaxation, and your subconscious mind is open to exploration. Take a deep breath in… and out… and allow yourself to fully surrender to the process.”

*Current Life Regression*

“Imagine yourself back in a specific event or memory in your current life. You may see yourself as a child, a teenager, or an adult. Allow yourself to observe the scene, taking in the sights, sounds, and sensations.

Notice the emotions that arise, and the thoughts that come to mind. You may see flashes of memories, or experience a sense of recognition. Allow yourself to observe, without judgment or attachment.

Take a deep breath in… and out… and allow yourself to fully immerse in this memory, exploring it from different angles and perspectives. You may see things that you hadn’t noticed before, or understand things in a new way.

Explore this memory, answering the following questions:

* What was happening in this event?
* How did you feel during this event?
* What did you learn from this experience?
* How has this event shaped you into the person you are today?

Take your time, and allow yourself to fully explore this memory. You may see flashes of insights, or experience a sense of newfound understanding.”

*Integration*

“As you continue to explore this memory, notice how it may be connected to your current life challenges or problems. Are there any patterns, themes, or lessons that are repeating themselves? Are there any unresolved issues or unfinished business that need to be addressed?

Take a deep breath in… and out… and allow yourself to integrate the lessons and insights from this memory into your current life. You may feel a sense of release, or a sense of newfound understanding.

Remember, you are in control, and you can choose to release any negative patterns or emotions that no longer serve you. Take a deep breath in… and out… and allow yourself to let go of anything that no longer serves you.”

*Counting Up*

“Now, it’s time to slowly come back to the present. Take a deep breath in… and out… and imagine yourself slowly counting up from 1 to 5.

As you count, imagine yourself becoming more and more awake, feeling refreshed and renewed. You are in control, and you are safe.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5. You are now fully awake, feeling refreshed and renewed.”

*Final Suggestions*

“Remember, the insights and lessons from this current life regression are yours to keep, and you can choose to integrate them into your daily life. Take a few moments to journal or reflect on your experience, and remember to be kind to yourself as you process any new insights or emotions.

You are now fully awake, feeling refreshed and renewed. Take a deep breath in… and out… and remember that you are in control, always.”

Note: This script is just a sample, and you should adjust it according to your client’s needs and your own style of hypnotherapy. It’s also important to ensure that your client is comfortable and willing to explore current life regression before proceeding with the session.

A2 – Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy Session

Allow yourself to gain any insights, understandings, or realizations that come to you. Notice how this experience may be connected to your current life, and how it may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, or behaviours.

Here is a sample script for a past life regression hypnotherapy session:

*Induction*

“Welcome to this past life regression hypnotherapy session. My name is [Your Name], and I’ll be guiding you through this journey. Please find a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting in a chair, with your back straight and your feet planted firmly on the ground.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel your eyelids growing heavy, and your jaw releasing any tension.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with 10 steps leading down into a peaceful, relaxing environment. With each step, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, take your first step down. Feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused.

(Take a pause for about 10 seconds)

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, take your second step down. Feel yourself becoming even more relaxed, even more calm, and even more focused.

(Continue this process until you reach the 10th step)

You’re now at the bottom of the staircase, in a peaceful, relaxing environment. Take a moment to notice your surroundings, the sights, the sounds, and the feelings in your body.

*Deepening*

“Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light represents your higher self, your inner wisdom, and your deepest understanding.

As you breathe in, imagine this light filling your body, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel yourself becoming even more relaxed, even more calm, and even more focused.

With each breath, imagine this light growing brighter, and your connection to your higher self growing stronger.

*Regression*

“Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, natural environment, such as a forest or a meadow. Notice the sights, the sounds, and the feelings in your body.

Now, I want you to imagine that you’re standing in front of a large, old tree. This tree represents your past lives, your memories, and your experiences.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, place your hands on the trunk of the tree. Feel the energy of the tree flowing into your hands, and imagine yourself connecting with your past lives.

Allow yourself to receive any images, emotions, or sensations that come to you. You may see flashes of memories, or feel emotions that are not yours. Allow yourself to observe them without judgment, and without attachment.

*Exploration*

“Allow yourself to explore one of these memories or experiences. See yourself in that situation, and notice the details around you.

What do you see, hear, and feel?

Take your time, and allow yourself to fully immerse in this experience. Notice any emotions that arise, and allow yourself to feel them fully.

*Integration*

“As you continue to explore this experience, allow yourself to gain any insights, understandings, or realizations that come to you. Notice how this experience may be connected to your current life, and how it may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, or behaviours.

Take a moment to reflect on what you’ve learned, and how you can integrate this understanding into your current life.

*Counting Up*

“When you’re ready, I’ll count up from 1 to 10, and you’ll slowly return to the present moment, feeling refreshed, renewed, and inspired.

Take one last deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to slowly return to the present moment.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8… 9… 10.

You’re now fully awake, and fully present in the current moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes.”

*Note:*

* Always ensure that the client is comfortable and relaxed before proceeding with the regression.
* Use a calm and soothing tone of voice to guide the client through the process.
* Allow the client to take their time and explore their experiences without interruption.
* Be aware of the client’s emotional responses and provide support and comfort as needed.
* Use the integration phase to help the client connect the past life experience to their current life, and to encourage personal growth and understanding.
* Always count up slowly and clearly to bring the client back to the present moment.

Remember, this is just a sample script, and you should adapt it to your personal style and the needs of your client. It’s also important to have proper training and experience in hypnotherapy before conducting a past life regression session.
