Induction

(Soothing music starts playing)

“Welcome to this journey of emotional security and inner peace. My voice will guide you through a peaceful and calming experience. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress you may be holding onto. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your body relax and your mind calm.

Imagine yourself standing in a safe, comforting place, surrounded by people and things that make you feel secure and loved. Feel the warmth of their presence, and the comfort of their support. With each breath, allow yourself to relax further, letting go of any thoughts or worries that may be present.

Now, imagine yourself becoming heavier, as if roots are growing from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth. This sensation grounds you, connecting you to the present moment. Allow yourself to feel stable and secure, knowing that you are exactly where you need to be.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am safe, I am secure, I am loved.'”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself standing in front of a strong, protective wall. This wall represents your emotional boundaries, keeping you safe from harm and negativity. Feel the strength and stability of this wall, knowing that it is always there to protect you.

Now, imagine a warm, comforting light beginning to emanate from within you. This light represents your inner strength and resilience. As it grows, it begins to fill your entire body, nourishing your spirit and filling you with a sense of calm and security.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this warm, comforting light. Feel it spreading throughout your body, filling any areas of discomfort or fear with peace and reassurance.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong, I am resilient, I am emotionally secure.'”

Emotional Security Visualization

“Imagine yourself in a scenario where you feel emotionally secure and safe. This could be a memory from your past, a current experience, or a future goal. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this scenario, using all of your senses to bring it to life.

See yourself feeling confident and self-assured. Hear the supportive and encouraging voices of loved ones. Smell the comforting aromas of a safe and peaceful environment. Taste the sweetness of emotional security and freedom. Feel the sensations of relaxation and calmness.

Now, I want you to repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am emotionally secure, I am confident, I am safe.'”

Reinforcement

Deepening

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it relaxes each muscle, quieting your mind and calming your emotions.

With each breath, this light grows stronger, filling you with a sense of peace and tranquility. You feel your eyelids growing heavy, your shoulders releasing, and your heart rate slowing. You’re becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more serene with each passing moment.

Visualization

Counting and Awakening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count from 1 to 5, and when I reach 5, you’ll slowly, gently open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and filled with a sense of freedom and empowerment.

1… Your body feels relaxed, your mind is calm, and your heart is at peace.

2… You’re aware of your breath, slow and steady, filling you with tranquility.

3… Your thoughts are clear, your emotions are balanced, and your spirit is confident.

4… You feel connected to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.

5… When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, carrying this sense of freedom and empowerment with you into your daily life.”

Remember, the goal of this script is to guide the client into a state of deep relaxation, where they can access their subconscious mind and develop the confidence and empowerment to move on from a break-up and create a fulfilling life.
