Patience as the fruit of the spirit represents your relationship to Others.
Here’s a hypnotherapy script to help increase patience and self-control:
Title: “Cultivating Patience”
Induction:
(Soothing music starts playing. Speak in a calm, gentle tone.)
“Welcome to this calming hypnotherapy session. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to release from your body. Feel the weight of your seat, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sound of my voice guiding you deeper into relaxation.
Imagine yourself standing on a peaceful beach at sunset. The sky is painted with vibrant colours, and the sound of the waves gently lapping against the shore is soothing. With each breath, feel your body relaxing, your mind quieting, and your spirit lifting.
As you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am patient and calm’ to yourself. Allow the sound of the waves to be the only sound you focus on. You are safe, you are calm, and you are patient.”
Deepening:
“Now, imagine yourself descending a staircase, one step at a time. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. At the bottom of the staircase, you’ll find a peaceful, serene room where you can let go of all worries and concerns.
As you enter this room, notice the soothing colours, the soft cushions, and the gentle scent of your mothers apple pie. Feel the sense of calm and tranquility that permeates this space. You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to receive positive suggestions and allow powerful changes inside you.”
Script:

See all the many vibrant flowers blooming all around you, Smell the slight fragrance of the flowers in the breeze, Feel the soft grass beneath your feet, Hear the gentle breeze rustling the leaves.
