Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll connect with your inner wisdom and allow it to guide you. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any stress, worries, or doubts to leave your body.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful forest, surrounded by towering trees that represent your inner strength and resilience. With each breath, feel your body relaxing, letting go of any tension or uncertainty.

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming energy entering your mind and body. As you exhale, repeat after me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am open to my inner wisdom.'”

Deepening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself walking along a gentle stream that represents your subconscious mind. This stream is filled with the wisdom, insights, and knowledge that you’ve accumulated throughout your life.

With each step, allow yourself to relax further, letting go of any resistance or hesitation. Trust that you’re moving closer to your inner wisdom, and it’s guiding you toward clarity and understanding.

Guided Imagery

Notice the sensations in your body as you approach the tree. Feel the energy of the tree, its wisdom, and its guidance. Allow yourself to breathe in the wisdom of the tree, and breathe out any doubts or fears that may be holding you back.

Inner Wisdom

“Now, imagine a wise, compassionate teacher standing before you. This teacher represents your inner wisdom, guiding you towards clarity and understanding.

Ask yourself a question, such as ‘What do I need to know to move forward?’ or ‘What is the next step I need to take?’ Allow yourself to listen to the wise, compassionate voice of your inner teacher, guiding you towards clarity and understanding.

Trusting Your Inner Wisdom

“Imagine yourself trusting your inner wisdom completely, knowing that it is always guiding you towards your highest good. Feel the confidence and clarity that comes from trusting yourself and your inner guidance.

Allow yourself to integrate this sense of trust and confidence into your daily life, making decisions that align with your values and priorities.

Counting Up

“As you slowly come back to full awareness, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, remember that your inner wisdom is always available to you.

Count up from 1 to 5, and when you reach 5, you’ll be fully awake, feeling refreshed, renewed, and connected to your inner guidance.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5. You’re now fully awake, feeling calm, centered, and guided by your inner wisdom.”
