Induction

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. My voice will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind will be open to positive suggestions and growth. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, letting go of any tension or stress.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body relax further with each step. Your eyelids growing heavy, your breathing slow and calm…

You are now at the bottom of the staircase, in a peaceful, serene environment. Allow yourself to relax further, feeling safe and comfortable.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light represents your subconscious mind, guiding you towards positive change and growth. With each breath, this light grows stronger, filling you with confidence and self-assurance.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am ready to take responsibility for my actions.’

Reframing

“Now, bring to mind the situations or tasks that make you feel anxious or inclined to hide from responsibility. Allow yourself to witness these situations, but from a detached perspective, as if you’re watching a movie.

Notice how you’ve been avoiding these responsibilities, and how this avoidance has affected your life. Allow yourself to acknowledge the feelings of guilt, shame, or anxiety that come with avoiding responsibility.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I take full responsibility for my actions. I am capable of handling challenges and making positive changes in my life.’

Visualization

“Imagine yourself responding to these situations with confidence and assertiveness. See yourself taking charge of your responsibilities, making decisions, and taking action. Visualize the sense of pride and accomplishment that comes with taking ownership of your life.

Remember, you are capable of overcoming any obstacle. You are strong, resilient, and confident. Repeat the phrase again: ‘I take full responsibility for my actions. I am capable of handling challenges and making positive changes in my life.’

Anchoring

“As you continue to breathe deeply, anchor this feeling of confidence and responsibility into your subconscious mind. Imagine a bright, pulsing light at the center of your chest, representing your newfound sense of responsibility and confidence.

Whenever you feel anxious or inclined to hide from responsibility, repeat the phrase to yourself, and visualize this bright light growing stronger, guiding you towards positive action.

Counting and Awakening

“Now, I’ll count from 1 to 5, and when I reach 5, you’ll slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, confident, and ready to take responsibility for your actions.
