As you visualize this scenario, notice how you feel. Do you feel suffocated, angry, or helpless? Allow yourself to fully immerse in this feeling, and then take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine any negative emotions leaving your body.
Now, imagine yourself setting boundaries with your family. You’re standing tall, speaking clearly, and asserting your needs. You’re choosing to prioritize your own well-being and happiness.
Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am worthy of love and respect, I set boundaries with confidence and ease.'”
Empowerment
“Imagine a sense of confidence and empowerment growing within you. You’re aware of your strengths, your accomplishments, and your positive qualities. You know that you can release the emotional burden of toxic family dynamics and live a life of freedom and joy.
As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong, I am capable, I am worthy of love and respect.’ Allow these words to fill you with confidence and empowerment.

2… You’re aware of your breath, slow and steady, filling you with tranquility.
