Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for true-self awakening:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and true-self awakening. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to leave your body.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you feel completely safe and relaxed. Take a moment to notice the sensations in your body, the sounds around you, and the sensation of the air on your skin.

Deepening

“Now, visualize a warm, comforting light beginning to emanate from the center of your heart. This light represents your true self, guiding you towards authenticity and awareness. As it flows through your body, feel any areas of self-doubt or uncertainty melting away.

Imagine this light filling your mind, quieting your thoughts, and illuminating your inner wisdom. You’re becoming more connected to your true self, more confident in your identity, and more aware of your values and desires.

Guided Imagery

“Imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror. This mirror represents your true self, reflecting back to you your authentic identity, values, and desires. Notice the image staring back at you, noticing the strength, confidence, and self-assurance in their eyes.

Ask yourself, ‘Who am I, truly?’ Allow yourself to listen to the responses that arise from within, noticing any areas of alignment or dis-alignment with your current life.

True-Self Connection

“Now, imagine a cord or thread connecting your heart to your true self. This cord represents your connection to your authentic identity, values, and desires. Feel the energy of this cord, its strength and its guidance.

Allow yourself to trust this connection, knowing that your true self is always guiding you towards your highest good.

Self-Acceptance

“Imagine yourself embracing your true self, accepting all aspects of your identity, values, and desires. Notice the sense of peace, calmness, and self-acceptance that arises from within.

Repeat the following affirmation to yourself, allowing it to sink deep into your subconscious: ‘I accept and love myself, exactly as I am.’

Integration

“As you slowly come back to full awareness, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, remember that your true self is always guiding you towards your highest good.

Count up from 1 to 5, and when you reach 5, you’ll be fully awake, feeling refreshed, renewed, and connected to your true self.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5. You’re now fully awake, feeling calm, centered, and connected to your true self.”
