Week 4:

“Imagine yourself eating a healthy, balanced meal, savoring each bite and enjoying the flavors and textures. See yourself making healthy choices, and repeating positive affirmations to yourself. Repeat to yourself, ‘I choose to nourish my body with healthy, positive foods, and I enjoy the process of eating.'”

Week 5:

“Imagine yourself facing a challenge or obstacle, and overcoming it with ease and confidence. See yourself staying motivated and focused, and repeating positive affirmations to yourself. Repeat to yourself, ‘I am capable and confident, and I trust myself to overcome any obstacle.'”

Week 6:

“Imagine yourself maintaining progress and long-term success, feeling confident and self-assured. See yourself continuing to make healthy choices, and repeating positive affirmations to yourself.
