Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine that you’re surrounding yourself with accountability and support. See yourself sharing your goals and progress with a friend or mentor, and feeling a sense of responsibility to stay on track. Imagine yourself seeking help and guidance when you need it, and feeling a sense of comfort and reassurance.
Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to fill you with a sense of support and encouragement: ‘I am not alone. I have the support I need. I am accountable to myself and others for my actions and results.'”
Counting Up and Awakening
Hypnotherapist: “Now, it’s time to slowly come back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, begin to count up from 1 to 5. As you count, feel yourself becoming more and more alert, more and more focused. When you reach the number 5, you’ll be fully awake, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day with a newfound sense of motivation and purpose.
