Induction:
(Speak calmly and gently)
“Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress you may be holding onto. Imagine yourself in a peaceful place, where you feel safe and comfortable. As you inhale, breathe in relaxation, and as you exhale, breathe out any doubts or worries.”
Deepening:
“Now, imagine yourself descending a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each step, feel your muscles relaxing, your mind quieting, and your body becoming heavier. As you reach the bottom of the staircase, you find yourself in a state of deep relaxation, where you are open to positive suggestions and guidance.”
Suggestion:
(Speak clearly and firmly)
“From this moment on, you will respect the boundaries and autonomy of others. You will not use hypnotherapy or any form of influence to force or manipulate others into doing something they do not want to do. You will prioritize the well-being and consent of others, always seeking their permission and respecting their decisions. You will communicate openly and honestly, avoiding any form of coercion or pressure. You will be a positive influence, using your skills and knowledge to empower and support others, rather than control or dominate them.”
Reinforcement:
“Repeat after me: ‘I respect the boundaries and autonomy of others. I will not use hypnotherapy or any form of influence to force or manipulate others.’ As you repeat these words, feel a sense of commitment and responsibility to uphold these values. Remember, your goal is to support and empower others, not to control or dominate them. You are a force for good, and you will use your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the world.”
Counting Up:
“Now, slowly begin to count yourself up, from 1 to 5. As you count, feel yourself becoming more alert and aware. When you reach 5, you will be fully awake and refreshed, feeling confident and committed to respecting the boundaries and autonomy of others. 1… 2… 3… 4… 5.”
