Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script to help activate your Inner Truth of Optimism:
Induction
(Soothing music starts playing. Speak in a calm, gentle voice)
“Welcome to this moment of deep relaxation and self-discovery. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress, and simply be present in this moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel any worries or concerns leave your body.
Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, sun-filled meadow, surrounded by vibrant wildflowers and the gentle songs of birds. Feel the warm sunlight on your skin, and the soft, cool breeze rustling your hair. With each breath, allow yourself to relax further, feeling your muscles release any tension or tightness.
As you breathe in, imagine fresh, uplifting air filling your lungs. As you breathe out, imagine any negativity or pessimism leaving your body, like the morning dew evaporating in the sunlight.
You are safe, you are supported, and you are exactly where you need to be. Allow yourself to settle into this peaceful state, and let’s embark on a journey of self-discovery together.”
Deepening
“Imagine yourself walking along a winding path through the meadow, feeling the soft earth beneath your feet. With each step, allow yourself to relax further, feeling your body and mind becoming more centered, more grounded.
As you walk, notice the sensation of your feet touching the ground. Feel the weight of your body distributed evenly, the sensation of your feet connecting with the earth. Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth, anchoring you in stability and calmness.
You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. Allow yourself to let go of any critical thoughts, and simply be present in this moment, trusting in the wisdom of your inner self.”
Inner Truth of Optimism
“Now, imagine a bright, radiant light beginning to emanate from within your heart. This light represents your Inner Truth of Optimism, a guiding principle that helps you see the best in people, situations, and yourself.
As this light grows, it fills your entire body, nourishing your cells, and awakening your inner positivity. Imagine this light expanding, filling any areas of doubt or negativity, and replacing them with a sense of hope, confidence, and joy.
Repeat the following phrase to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind and heart: ‘I am optimistic and positive. I trust in the goodness of life, and the infinite possibilities that surround me. I am confident in my ability to create a bright, fulfilling future, and to overcome any challenge that comes my way.’
As you repeat this phrase, feel the energy of your Inner Truth of Optimism growing stronger, guiding you toward greater hope, confidence, and joy.

Integration and Awakening
