“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll connect with the energy of the universe and feel a sense of unity with all. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, natural setting, surrounded by trees, flowers, and the soothing sounds of nature. Feel the gentle breeze on your skin, and the warmth of the sun on your face. With each breath, allow your body to relax and your mind to quiet.”
Deepening
“As you breathe in, imagine fresh, universal energy entering your body. As you breathe out, imagine any tension, stress, or doubts leaving your body. Repeat this process, allowing yourself to relax further with each breath.
Imagine a brilliant, white light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head.
