Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, say to yourself, ‘I am relaxing, I am letting go.’ Take another step down, and another, feeling your body become heavier, more relaxed, and calm.”
Deepening
Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe place. This could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations in this place. Feel the sensation of your feet touching the ground, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sounds around you. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this peaceful environment, letting go of any thoughts or doubts.”
Patience and Persistence
Hypnotherapist: “Now, bring your attention to the concept of patience and persistence. Think about the times in your life when you’ve had to wait for something, or when you’ve had to keep trying even when things seemed difficult. Allow yourself to feel a sense of calm and tranquility, and to know that you have the ability to be patient and persistent.
Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind: ‘I am patient and persistent. I trust that everything will work out for my highest good. I am willing to take things one step at a time, and to focus on the present moment.'”
Moving Forward
Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine that you’re moving forward towards your goals, one step at a time. See yourself taking small, consistent actions, and making progress towards your objectives. Imagine yourself feeling motivated and inspired, and knowing that you’re doing the best you can.
Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to fill you with a sense of purpose and direction: ‘I am moving forward, one step at a time. I am making progress towards my goals. I am patient and persistent, and I trust that everything will work out for my highest good.'”
Letting Go of Frustration
Hypnotherapist: “Now, bring your attention to any feelings of frustration or impatience that you may be holding onto. Allow yourself to feel these emotions, and to acknowledge them. Then, imagine that you’re letting them go, and replacing them with feelings of calm and tranquility.
Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to fill you with a sense of peace and relaxation: ‘I let go of frustration and impatience. I trust that everything will work out for my highest good. I am patient and persistent, and I know that I’ll get where I need to go.'”
Counting Up and Awakening
Hypnotherapist: “Now, it’s time to slowly come back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, begin to count up from 1 to 5. As you count, feel yourself becoming more and more alert, more and more focused. When you reach the number 5, you’ll be fully awake, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day with a newfound sense of patience and persistence.
