“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll cultivate self-esteem, confidence, and positive self-talk to support your weight loss journey. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine yourself standing on a serene beach at sunrise. Feel the warm sand beneath your feet, the gentle breeze on your skin, and the sound of the waves gently lapping at the shore. With each breath, allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress.
Deepening
“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body. This light represents relaxation and calmness. As it flows through your body, it dissolves any remaining tension or stress, allowing you to feel more relaxed and at ease.
Imagine this light starting at the crown of your head, flowing down through your face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, abdomen, lower back, hips, legs, and finally, your toes. As it flows through each area, allow any tension or discomfort to release and let go.
Building Self-Esteem and Confidence
“Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a large, beautiful mirror.
See your reflection, and as you gaze into your eyes, repeat the following phrases to yourself:
‘I am worthy of love, respect, and care.
I trust myself and my abilities.
I am confident in my capacity to make healthy choices.
I am beautiful, inside and out.’
Imagine a warm, golden light beginning to fill your body, representing self-esteem and confidence. As this light grows, it fills your entire being, reminding you of your strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.
Positive Self-Talk
“Now, imagine yourself having a conversation with your inner self. Hear your inner voice speaking kindly, compassionately, and supportively.
Repeat the following phrases to yourself:
‘I am kind and gentle with myself.
I speak positively and encouragingly to myself.
I trust myself and my abilities.
I am capable and competent.’
Imagine any negative self-talk or critical inner voices fading away, replaced by a warm, supportive, and encouraging inner dialogue.
Empowerment and Affirmations
“Imagine yourself standing in a powerful, confident stance. Feel your feet firmly grounded on the earth, your shoulders back, and your head held high.
Repeat the following affirmations to yourself:
‘I am strong and capable.
I trust myself and my body.
I make healthy choices that nourish my body and soul.

Weight Loss and Self-Care

“As you come to the end of this hypnotherapy session, take a moment to notice how you’re feeling. Notice any shifts in your body or emotions.
When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the following phrase to yourself:
‘I am confident, capable, and worthy of achieving my weight loss goals.'”
Post-Hypnotic Suggestion
“Remember, you can return to this peaceful, relaxed state whenever you need to. Simply close your eyes, take a deep breath, and repeat the phrase:
‘I trust myself and my abilities, and I make healthy choices that support my well-being.'”
