Therapeutic Intention:
To safely regulate cravings, process underlying emotional pain, reduce shame, restore self-worth, and create emotional security without substances.

STEP 1: GROUNDING & SAFETY (No Tapping Yet)
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
And gently release it through your mouth.Place one hand on your chest, one on your stomach.
Say silently or out loud:
“In this moment, I am safe.”
Wait until the body softens before proceeding.
STEP 2: SETUP STATEMENT (Karate Chop Point)
Tap gently on the side of the hand while repeating 3 times:
“Even though I feel drawn to cocaine when emotions feel overwhelming,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”
Alternate versions (choose what resonates):

STEP 3: CRAVING REGULATION (Round 1)
Tap through points while speaking slowly.
Eyebrow:
“This craving in my body…”

“My body thinks it needs relief…”

“This urge feels urgent…”
Chin:
“This pressure inside me…”
