Detox Your Heart by Letting out the Toxin in your Heart

This step requires action and the courage to act, but is key to the healing process. Once you have identified what is truly the toxin in your heart, the only way to get rid of it is to let it go. If there is something you need to say to someone. SAY IT. But say it with love. If there is something you need to do, a change you need to make, MAKE IT. But make it with love. If there is something you need to express, but don’t have the words, CREATE IT. But create it with love. Your job here is not to hurt someone else (although sometimes that happens), but to have them truly HEAR what you have to say. That doesn’t mean they will change. In fact, they most certainly won’t. But YOU WILL. You will feel better, lighter, happier, cleaner….DETOXIFIED!

Here is a hypnotherapy script for “Detox Your Heart by Letting Out the Toxins in Your Heart”:

Induction:

(Soft, calming music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey to detox your heart by letting out the toxins that no longer serve you. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, with your back supported. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful environment, surrounded by calming energy. With each breath, allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension.”

Deepening:

“As you inhale, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. As you exhale, imagine any stress, anxiety, or worries leaving your body. Allow your eyelids to grow heavier, and your jaw to release any tension.

Imagine yourself descending a staircase, with each step taking you deeper into relaxation. With each step, feel your body and mind letting go of any resistance. You’re safe, supported, and free to explore your heart.”

Identifying Toxins:

“Now, imagine your heart as a beautiful, delicate flower. However, over time, toxins may have accumulated within it, weighing it down. These toxins might be in the form of emotional pain, hurt, or trauma.

Imagine yourself gently holding the stem of this flower. As you breathe in, visualize a gentle, cleansing light beginning to seep into your heart. With each breath, this light grows, allowing you to identify and release any toxins.

Notice any areas of tension, pain, or discomfort within your heart. Allow yourself to acknowledge these toxins, and imagine them being gently lifted out of your heart.”

Releasing Toxins:

“Now, imagine a gentle, cleansing stream flowing through your heart, carrying away any toxins or emotional pain. Allow yourself to feel the sense of release and liberation as these toxins are washed away.

Repeat the phrase: ‘I release and let go.’ Allow these words to become a mantra, guiding you deeper into this process. As you exhale, imagine any remaining toxins leaving your heart, making space for love, compassion, and healing.

Visualize your heart becoming lighter, freer, and more radiant with each breath.”

Heart-Centered Reflection:

“Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror. Look into its reflection, and see your heart shining brightly, cleansed and renewed.

Ask yourself:

What have I learned about myself and my heart during this journey?

What toxins am I willing to continue to release, and what self-love and self-care practices can I commit to, to nourish my heart and soul?

Listen to your heart’s response, and allow its wisdom to guide you.”

Integration and Awakening:

“As you slowly begin to return to full awareness, take with you the sense of release and renewal you’ve experienced. Remember that you’re capable of detoxing your heart, and that love, compassion, and healing are always available to you.

Take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Return to your day with a renewed sense of clarity, compassion, and connection to your heart.”

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion:

“Whenever you feel emotional discomfort or stress, remember to breathe in cleansing light, and repeat the phrase: ‘I release and let go.’ Trust that your heart is capable of healing, and that you’re deserving of a life filled with love, joy, and compassion.”
