Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for deep relaxation, guided imagery, and deep sleep:
Induction
“Welcome to this hypnotic journey, where you’ll allow yourself to relax, unwind, and drift off into a deep and restful sleep. My voice will guide you every step of the way, and you can trust that you’re safe and in control.
Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to leave your body. Feel your shoulders relax, your jaw release, and your forehead smooth out. With each breath, allow yourself to become heavier, more relaxed, and more calm.
Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you down deeper into relaxation. With each breath, take another step down, feeling your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm.
As you continue down the stairs, the light around you begins to dim, and you feel a sense of peacefulness wash over you. Your heart rate slows, your muscles release, and your mind quiets.
You’re now at the bottom of the staircase, and you feel completely relaxed, calm, and at peace. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to let go of any remaining tension or stress.”
Deepener
“Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you feel completely safe and relaxed. This could be a beach at sunset, a forest glade, or a quiet meadow. Take a moment to visualize this place, and allow yourself to feel fully immersed in its tranquility.
Notice the sensations in your body, the feeling of the air on your skin, the sound of the wind or the waves, and the scent of the surroundings. Allow yourself to breathe deeply, and with each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more at peace.
Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to emanate from the crown of your head. This light represents relaxation, calmness, and peacefulness. As it spreads down through your body, it quiets your mind, releases any remaining tension, and allows you to feel completely relaxed and at ease.
As the light reaches the tips of your toes, you feel yourself becoming even more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful. You’re now in a state of deep relaxation, where your body and mind are working together to create a sense of perfect tranquility.”
Guided Imagery
“Imagine yourself lying in a soft, comfortable bed, surrounded by a warm, cozy blanket. Feel the softness of the bed beneath you, and the warmth of the blanket enveloping you. Allow yourself to snuggle in, and feel completely safe and relaxed.
Now, imagine a gentle, soothing wave beginning to wash over you. This wave represents sleep, and it’s calming, peaceful energy. As it washes over you, it quiets your mind, relaxes your body, and allows you to drift off into a deep and restful sleep.
With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more sleepy. Your eyelids grow heavy, your breathing slows, and your body becomes limp and relaxed.
You’re now in a state of deep sleep, where your body and mind are restoring, rejuvenating, and refreshing themselves. Allow yourself to stay here, in this peaceful, serene state, for as long as you need.”
Sleep
“Remember, you’re safe, you’re relaxed, and you’re sleepy. Allow yourself to drift off into a deep and restful sleep, knowing that you’ll wake up feeling refreshed, renewed, and rejuvenated.
As you sleep, your subconscious mind is working to process, integrate, and consolidate all that you’ve learned and experienced. Trust that you’re in control, and that your body and mind are working together to create a sense of perfect balance and harmony.

Counting Down
“As you drift off to sleep, I’ll count down from 10 to 1. With each number, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more sleepy.
10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1. You’re now in a deep and restful sleep, where your body and mind are restoring, rejuvenating, and refreshing themselves. Sleep now, and know that you’ll wake up feeling refreshed, renewed, and rejuvenated.”
