Imagine yourself surrounded by a protective bubble of calmness, shielding you from any external distractions or disturbances. This bubble is impenetrable, allowing you to focus solely on your own relaxation and healing.

As you continue to breathe deeply, feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more at peace. Your mind quieting, your thoughts slowing, and your emotions balancing.

Healing Sleep

“It’s now time to allow yourself to drift off into a deep, healing sleep. Imagine yourself sinking into a soft, comfortable bed, feeling the support and comfort of the mattress beneath you.
