Hypnotherapy Script: Feel Present, Grounded, and Nourished
Induction
Sit or lie comfortably and allow your body to settle.
Take a slow, deep breath in…
And gently breathe out.
Again… breathing in calm…
And breathing out tension.
Allow your eyes to close… or become softly focused.
Notice your breathing… natural and steady…
Nothing to change… nothing to force…
Just allow yourself to be here… now.
With each breath… you become more relaxed…
More present…
More at ease.
Deepening
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Feel the contact between your feet and the ground… or the floor… or the bed beneath you.
Imagine gentle roots growing from the soles of your feet…
Extending downward into the earth…
Slowly… deeply…
Like strong tree roots anchoring you safely.
With every breath… the roots grow deeper…
And you feel more supported…
More stable…
More grounded.
The earth supports you completely.
You do not have to hold yourself up.
You can relax into this support.
Grounding
Now become aware of your body.
Notice the weight of your body… supported and safe.
Feel the steady rhythm of your breathing.
This moment is enough.
Right now… you are safe.
Right now… you are here.
Right now… you are grounded.
Thoughts may come and go like clouds drifting through the sky…
And you can simply let them pass…
Returning your attention to your breath…
And the gentle feeling of being present.
Nourishment Visualization
Now imagine a warm, gentle light above you…
Soft… peaceful… comforting…
This light slowly flows down through the top of your head…
Filling your mind with calm and clarity.
Flowing into your shoulders…
Releasing any stored tension.
Down into your chest…
Bringing warmth and emotional comfort.
This light nourishes you…
Emotionally…
Mentally…
Spiritually…
You are being gently restored.
Every cell in your body absorbs this peaceful energy.
You are nourished by calm.
You are nourished by peace.
You are nourished by life itself.
Affirmations (Slowly Spoken)
I am present in this moment.
I am grounded and stable.
I am supported by life.
I am calm and steady.
I allow myself to rest.
I allow myself to receive.
I am nourished from within.
I am safe to be here now.
Peace flows through me.

Integration
Notice how your body feels now…
Perhaps heavier…

Awakening
In a moment, I will count from 1 to 5.
At 5, you will be fully awake… calm… clear… and grounded.
