“Now, imagine yourself in a scenario where you’re experiencing pure joy and happiness. It could be doing something you love, spending time with loved ones, or achieving a long-held goal.

Counting and Awakening
“As you continue to relax and visualize yourself attracting more joy into your life, I’ll count from five to one, and when I reach one, you’ll slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on your day.
