Hypnotherapist: “As you continue walking, notice the sound of the water lapping against the shore. Allow this soothing sound to calm your mind, quieting any thoughts or distractions. You’re becoming more relaxed, more focused, and more receptive to positive suggestions.”

Excuse-Releasing Section

Hypnotherapist: “Now, bring to mind a situation where you’ve made excuses in the past. It could be procrastinating on a task, avoiding a challenge, or putting off a goal. Allow yourself to remember the feelings and thoughts associated with that experience.”
