Induction

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by calming energy. Feel the gentle breeze on your skin, and the warm sunlight on your face.
As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine a gentle, calming mist beginning to envelop your body. This mist is filled with soothing energy, and it’s washing away any remaining tension or anxiety. Allow yourself to surrender to its calming effects, feeling more relaxed with each passing moment.

Deepening
“Imagine yourself standing in front of a large, old tree, with deep roots that stretch far into the earth. This tree represents your emotional foundation, the base from which all your emotions arise.
Notice the knots and twists in the tree’s trunk, representing the patterns of thought and emotion that have been holding you back. These knots are tight and constricted, causing feelings of pain, anxiety, and stress.
As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to emanate from within the tree. This light is gentle, yet powerful, and it’s slowly beginning to loosen the knots and twists in the tree’s trunk.
Feel the knots starting to release, one by one, as the light of healing and transformation flows through the tree. Notice how the tree’s trunk begins to straighten, becoming stronger, more resilient, and more flexible.
Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am safe to release old patterns.’ Allow the words to become a gentle mantra, guiding you deeper into the process of emotional healing and transformation.”
Healing Destructive Emotional Patterns
“Imagine yourself walking through a dark forest, representing the depths of your subconscious mind. Notice the twisted, gnarled trees that seem to reach out to you, representing the destructive emotional patterns that have been holding you back.
