Imagine that you’re standing in front of a large, empty box. This box represents the things that no longer serve you. See yourself placing each of these things into the box, one by one.

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for the phrase “I release what no longer serves me”:

Induction

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist speaks in a calm, gentle voice.)

Hypnotherapist: “Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then release any tension or stress as you exhale. Allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, natural environment. It could be a forest, a mountain meadow, or a serene beach. Take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations around you. Feel the ground beneath your feet, and the sense of connection to the earth. As you breathe in, repeat the phrase ‘I am calm’ to yourself, and as you breathe out, repeat ‘I am relaxed’.”

Reflection

Hypnotherapist: “Now, take a moment to reflect on your life and the things that may be holding you back. Think about relationships, habits, thoughts, or emotions that no longer serve you. Allow yourself to feel any emotions that arise, whether it’s sadness, anger, or frustration.”

Reframing

Hypnotherapist: “As you reflect on these things, I want you to consider the idea that you have the power to release what no longer serves you. You have the power to let go of what’s holding you back and to create space for new, positive experiences. Repeat the phrase ‘I release what no longer serves me’ to yourself, and feel the sense of liberation and freedom that it brings. You are worthy of living a life that is authentic, joyful, and fulfilling.”

Visualization

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine that you’re standing in front of a large, empty box. This box represents the things that no longer serve you. See yourself placing each of these things into the box, one by one. As you do, repeat the phrase ‘I release what no longer serves me’ and feel the sense of release and liberation that comes with it. You’re letting go of the past, of negativity, and of anything that’s holding you back. You’re making space for the new, the positive, and the fulfilling.”

Release

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine that the box is being lifted off the ground, and it’s being carried away by a gentle breeze. See it disappearing into the distance, taking with it all the things that no longer serve you. Feel the sense of lightness and freedom that comes with releasing what’s holding you back. Repeat the phrase ‘I release what no longer serves me’ once more, and feel the sense of empowerment and renewal that it brings. You’re free to move forward, to grow, and to flourish.”

Integration

Hypnotherapist: “As you integrate this sense of release and liberation into your being, remember that it’s okay to let go of what’s no longer serving you. It’s okay to create space for new experiences, new relationships, and new opportunities. Take a moment to feel this sense of freedom and possibility, and allow it to fill your heart and mind.”

Affirmations

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:

* I release what no longer serves me.

* I let go of the past and its limitations.

* I make space for new, positive experiences.

* I trust myself and my ability to create the life I want.

* I am free to grow, to flourish, and to thrive.

Feel the truth of these words, and the sense of conviction that they bring. You are empowered to release what no longer serves you and to create a life that is authentic, joyful, and fulfilling.”

Counting Up

Hypnotherapist: “When you’re ready, I’ll count up from 1 to 10, and as I do, you’ll slowly start to come back to full awareness, feeling refreshed, renewed, and empowered. You’ll remember the sense of release and liberation that you felt during this hypnotherapy session, and you’ll be able to draw upon it whenever you need it.

1… Start to come back to awareness

2… Feel your body becoming more alert

3… Notice your surroundings
