Repeat the phrase ‘I’m not the right person for everyone and that’s okay’ to yourself, and feel the sense of self-acceptance and self-love that it brings. You are not defined by others’ opinions or expectations. You are defined by your own unique qualities, strengths, and talents.”
Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for the phrase “I’m not the right person for everyone and that’s okay”:
Induction
(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist speaks in a calm, gentle voice.)
Hypnotherapist: “Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then release any tension or stress as you exhale. Allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes.”
Deepening
Hypnotherapist: “Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment. It could be a quiet forest, a still lake, or a warm beach. Take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations around you. Feel the ground beneath your feet, and the sense of connection to the earth. As you breathe in, repeat the phrase ‘I am calm’ to yourself, and as you breathe out, repeat ‘I am relaxed’.”
Reflection
Hypnotherapist: “Now, take a moment to reflect on your relationships and interactions with others. Think about the times when you may have tried to fit in, to please others, or to be someone you’re not. Allow yourself to feel any emotions that arise, whether it’s frustration, disappointment, or self-doubt.”
Reframing
Hypnotherapist: “As you reflect on these experiences, I want you to consider the idea that you can’t be the right person for everyone. It’s impossible to meet everyone’s expectations, and it’s not necessary to try. Repeat the phrase ‘I’m not the right person for everyone and that’s okay’ to yourself, and feel the sense of liberation and freedom that it brings. You are unique, and you have your own strengths, talents, and quirks. It’s okay to be yourself, and to let go of the need for external validation.”
Visualization
Hypnotherapist: “Imagine that you’re standing in a room filled with people, and each person is looking for someone specific. See yourself walking through the room, and notice that some people are drawn to you, while others are not. Repeat the phrase ‘I’m not the right person for everyone and that’s okay’ to yourself, and feel the sense of self-acceptance and self-love that it brings. You are not defined by others’ opinions or expectations. You are defined by your own unique qualities, strengths, and talents.”
Empowerment
Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, remember that you have the power to choose who you surround yourself with. You have the power to say no to relationships or situations that don’t feel right for you. Repeat the phrase ‘I’m not the right person for everyone and that’s okay’ once more, and feel the sense of empowerment and confidence that it brings. You are worthy of being yourself, and of being in relationships that nourish and support you.”
Integration
Hypnotherapist: “As you integrate this sense of self-acceptance and self-love into your being, remember that it’s okay to be yourself, even if that means you’re not the right person for everyone. Take a moment to feel this sense of freedom and liberation, and allow it to fill your heart and mind.”
Affirmations
Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:
* I’m not the right person for everyone and that’s okay.
* I am unique and valuable, just as I am.
* I trust myself and my own instincts.
* I am worthy of being in relationships that nourish and support me.
* I let go of the need for external validation and approval.
Feel the truth of these words, and the sense of conviction that they bring. You are empowered to be yourself, and to live a life that is authentic and fulfilling.”
Counting Up
Hypnotherapist: “When you’re ready, I’ll count up from 1 to 10, and as I do, you’ll slowly start to come back to full awareness, feeling refreshed, renewed, and confident. You’ll remember the sense of self-acceptance and self-love that you felt during this hypnotherapy session, and you’ll be able to draw upon it whenever you need it.
1… Start to come back to awareness
2… Feel your body becoming more alert
3… Notice your surroundings
