Imagine yourself in a place where you feel completely confident and prepared. It could be a familiar setting, or a completely new one. See yourself standing tall, with your shoulders back, and a sense of excitement and anticipation.
Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for the phrase “I’m ready”:
Induction
(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist speaks in a calm, gentle voice.)
Hypnotherapist: “Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then release any tension or stress as you exhale. Allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes.”
Deepening
Hypnotherapist: “Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each step down, you feel more calm, more focused, and more centered. Take a step down, and as you do, repeat the phrase ‘I’m ready’ to yourself. Feel the weight of your body supported by the steps, and the sense of tranquility growing with each breath.”
Counting Technique
Hypnotherapist: “Now, I want you to count down from 10, slowly, and as you do, repeat the phrase ‘I’m ready’ after each number. Allow the counting to guide you deeper into relaxation, and the phrase to become a mantra, filling you with confidence and readiness.
10… I’m ready
9… I’m ready
8… I’m ready
7… I’m ready
6… I’m ready
5… I’m ready
4… I’m ready
3… I’m ready
2… I’m ready
1… I’m ready”
Visualization

Counting Up
Hypnotherapist: “When you’re ready, I’ll count up from 1 to 10, and as I do, you’ll slowly start to come back to full awareness, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day. You’ll remember the sense of confidence and readiness you felt during this hypnotherapy session, and you’ll be able to draw upon it whenever you need it.
