As you step through the door, you find yourself in a room filled with memories and emotions related to your attachment style. Notice how fear and anxiety have led you to struggle with intimacy, trust, and emotional regulation. Acknowledge the pain and discomfort associated with this pattern.

Repeat to yourself: ‘I have been struggling with a disorganized (fearful-avoidant) attachment style, and it’s causing me pain and distress.’ Allow this acknowledgment to sink deeply into your subconscious mind.”
