This light continues down through your arms, chest, and abdomen, warming and soothing your body. As it reaches your lower back, hips, and legs, it releases any remaining tension or stress.
You are now in a deep state of relaxation, where you’re open to exploring and releasing suppressed anger.”

“Imagine a safe space within yourself, where you can explore and confront suppressed anger. Visualize a fiery, red light representing your anger.
As you connect with this light, allow yourself to feel the emotions that arise. What are you angry about? What situations or experiences have led to this anger?
Take a moment to reflect on your anger. What is it trying to tell you? What does it need from you?”
Releasing Suppressed Anger:
“Now, imagine a specific situation or experience that’s caused suppressed anger. Visualize the person, event, or circumstance that’s been weighing on your heart.
As you confront this anger, allow yourself to feel the emotions that arise. It’s okay to express your anger in a healthy way, such as screaming, crying, or writing.
Remember, you’re not alone in this process. You’re supported by your inner self, and you’re capable of releasing this anger.”
Releasing and Letting Go:
“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine any suppressed anger leaving your body. Visualize it being released, like autumn leaves drifting gently to the ground.
