“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll have the opportunity to let go of doubt and cultivate confidence and trust in yourself. Find a comfortable and relaxed position, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then release any tension or stress as you exhale.”
Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for removing doubt in your life:
Induction
Hypnotherapist: “Close your eyes and begin to focus on my voice. Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. As you take each step down, feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, letting go of any thoughts or worries. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, say to yourself, ‘I am relaxing, I am letting go.’ Take another step down, and another, feeling your body become heavier, more relaxed, and calm.”
Deepening
Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe place. This could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Take a moment to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations in this place. Feel the sensation of your feet touching the ground, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sounds around you. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this peaceful environment, letting go of any thoughts or doubts.”
Addressing Doubt
Hypnotherapist: “Now, bring to mind a situation or area of your life where you’ve been experiencing doubt. It could be a decision, a relationship, or a goal. Allow yourself to fully feel the emotions and sensations associated with this doubt. Notice where you feel it in your body, and what thoughts are running through your mind. As you observe these thoughts and emotions, begin to notice that they are just that – thoughts and emotions. They are not necessarily based in reality, and they do not define your worth or abilities.”
Reframe and Refocus
Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine that you have the power to reframe these doubts and replace them with confidence and trust. Imagine that with each breath, you’re filling yourself with a sense of certainty and self-assurance.
Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind: ‘I trust myself and my abilities. I am capable and competent. I make wise decisions and take bold action.’
As you repeat these phrases, feel a sense of confidence and trust growing within you, filling any areas of doubt or uncertainty.”
Empowerment and Motivation
Hypnotherapist: “Remember that you have the power to choose your thoughts and emotions. You can choose to focus on positivity, confidence, and trust. Imagine that with each step you take, you’re moving closer to your goals and desires. Feel a sense of excitement and motivation building within you, driving you to take action and pursue your dreams.
Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am capable, I am confident, and I am unstoppable.'”
Counting Up and Awakening
Hypnotherapist: “Now, it’s time to slowly come back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, begin to count up from 1 to 5. As you count, feel yourself becoming more and more alert, more and more focused. When you reach the number 5, you’ll be fully awake, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day with confidence and trust.
1…
2…
3…
4…
5.
Take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes.”
Conclusion
Hypnotherapist: “Take a moment to notice how you’re feeling. Notice any shifts in your thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations. Remember that you have the power to choose your thoughts and emotions, and that you can return to this peaceful, confident state whenever you need to. Take one final, deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly get up and go about your day with confidence, trust, and positivity.”
