You can rise above these cycles, transcending the limitations of the physical realm.
You can rise above the Law of Rhythm in your inner world and hence also in your outer world by avoiding the extremes so that the pendulum has nothing to correct. This does not mean to strive for mediocrity and nor does it mean to not care for anything or anyone. Rather, it means to seek balance because balance is in fact what this Law seeks. When for instance you experience mental extremes on both sides of the spectrum, be they in the way of fear, panic, over-excitement or a sense of obsession or attachment, seek to calm your mind so that your thoughts, emotions, words and actions that follow are not extreme.
In this way, the swing to the one side will be so measured, that the swing to the other side will be unnoticeable. Extremes are relative and what is extreme for one person may be measured for another and vice versa. You can only gauge if what you’re thinking, feeling or doing is extreme and the criterion, according to the Golden Verses of Pythagoras, is whether it’s hurting or harming you – your present or future self.
Here’s a hypnotherapy script to help rise above the Law of Rhythm:

Induction:
(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s calming voice guides the client into a relaxed state.)

“Now, I’ll count from 10 to 1, and with each number, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more focused, and more connected to your inner self. 10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1.”
Guided Imagery:
“Imagine a brilliant, shimmering light at the center of your chest. This light represents the Law of Rhythm, guiding you toward a path of transcendence and freedom. As you breathe in, this light expands, filling your entire body, nourishing your heart, and illuminating your mind.
“Envision yourself as a being of light, transcending the rhythms of life. You are witnessing the profound power of the Law of Rhythm, guiding you toward a life of freedom and mastery.”
Visualization:
“Now, imagine yourself reflecting on the cycles of birth, growth, and decay that you’ve experienced in your life. You are witnessing how the Law of Rhythm has shaped your experiences, guiding you toward a path of growth and evolution.
“Notice how you can rise above these cycles, transcending the limitations of the physical realm. You are choosing to connect with your higher self, accessing the infinite possibilities of the universe.”
Affirmations:
“As you continue to breathe in this empowering energy, repeat the following phrases, allowing them to become a part of your consciousness:
* ‘I am a being of light, transcending the rhythms of life.’
* ‘I rise above the cycles of birth, growth, and decay, connecting with my higher self.’
