“Now, imagine yourself descending a gentle staircase, each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each step, feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more open to positive suggestions.
As you reach the bottom of the staircase, imagine a warm, comforting light enveloping your entire being. This light represents truth, honesty, and self-love. Allow it to fill any areas where you may be holding onto self-doubt, criticism, or negativity.
Repeat the phrase ‘I am enough’ to yourself, feeling the truth of these words resonating deep within your heart. You are enough, exactly as you are, in this moment.”
Therapeutic Suggestions
“Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror, looking into your own eyes.
As you gaze into your reflection, repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the truth of each statement to sink deeply into your mind:
* ‘I speak only the truth to myself, with kindness and compassion.’

* ‘I release all self-criticism and negativity, making space for self-love and acceptance.’
