Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for cultivating unconditional love:

Induction:

“Welcome to this guided hypnotherapy session, where we’ll explore the power of unconditional love. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the ground, supported and grounded.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you feel completely safe and loved. This could be a beach, a forest, or a quiet room in your home. Allow yourself to settle in, and take another deep breath in, feeling your body relax even further.”

Deepening:

“As you continue to breathe deeply, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your eyes to gently close. Feel your body sinking deeper into relaxation, as you let go of any tension or stress. Imagine a warm, loving light filling your body, calming your mind, and quieting your thoughts.

You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and change. Take a moment to allow yourself to settle in, and feel the calmness spread throughout your body.”

Unconditional Love Script:

” Imagine a warm, loving light beginning to emanate from within your heart. This light represents unconditional love, and it’s filling your entire being. As you breathe in, this love expands, spreading throughout your body, your heart, and your mind.

Notice how this love feels. It’s warm, comforting, and accepting. It’s not conditional on anything you do or don’t do. It’s a deep, abiding sense of acceptance and love, just as you are.

As you continue to breathe in this love, allow it to fill any areas of your body that may be feeling stressed, anxious or uncertain.

Imagine any tension or fear melting away, as this love and acceptance flood your system.

Now, imagine this love radiating outward from your heart, filling your entire body, and extending beyond you. Imagine it filling the space around you, creating a warm, loving atmosphere.

As you interact with others, imagine this love and acceptance radiating from you, touching the people around you. Notice how it affects your interactions, and the way you respond to others.

Counting and Awakening:

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly start to count from 5 to 1. As you count, allow yourself to slowly come back to a state of full awareness, feeling refreshed, renewed, and filled with unconditional love.

5… feeling more loving and compassionate towards yourself and others

4… noticing the warmth and acceptance in your heart

3… feeling more connected to yourself and the world around you

2… taking a deep breath in, and feeling filled with unconditional love

1… opening your eyes, and feeling fully awake and refreshed”

Final Suggestions:

“Remember, unconditional love is always available to you. Take a few moments each day to breathe in this love, and allow it to guide you in all your interactions.
