Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for dream big:

Title: “Dream Big with Hypnotherapy Script”

Induction:

“Welcome. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you feel completely at ease. Allow your body to let go of any tension, any stress, any anxiety. As you breathe in, repeat after me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am at peace.'”

Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself in a beautiful, tranquil forest, surrounded by tall trees and the soothing sounds of nature. With each breath, feel yourself relaxing further and further, letting go of all worries and concerns.

“Imagine yourself as a confident, capable person, feeling strong and empowered. See it, feel its confidence and self-assurance.

Repeat after me: ‘I am confident.’ ‘I can achieve my dreams.'”

Section 3: Sealing in the Positive Mindset

“Imagine the positive thoughts and affirmations from this session sealing in, becoming a part of your subconscious mind.

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly count from 1 to 5. When you reach 5, you’ll be back in the present, feeling refreshed, renewed, and empowered to take action towards your dreams.

Final Suggestion:

Fear of Being Judged Hypnotherapy

Your mind is so powerful that makes you free to live your life, pursue your dreams, and achieve your goals, without the weight of others’ opinions holding you back.

Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for overcoming the fear of being judged:

Induction

“Take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly. As you breathe out, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel your muscles releasing any tension, any stress, any anxiety.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, and with each step down, you feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed. Your thoughts are calm, your body is heavy, and your mind is at peace.

Now, visualize a warm, comforting light filling your entire body. This light represents relaxation, calmness, and confidence. As you inhale, this light grows stronger, filling any areas of tension or fear.

You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and change.”

Deepening

“Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed and calm’ to yourself. Allow these words to sink deep into your subconscious mind, reprogramming your thoughts and emotions to respond with confidence and self-acceptance.

Imagine yourself surrounded by a protective aura of self-love and self-acceptance. This aura shields you from any negative self-talk, criticism, or judgment from others. You are safe, you are confident, and you are worthy of love and respect.

Remember, you are not alone. You are capable, you are strong, and you are deserving of happiness and success.”

Suggestions

“Now, bring to mind a situation where you felt judged or criticized by others. It could be a past experience, a current situation, or a future event. Allow yourself to relive the emotions associated with that experience, but this time, observe them from a detached perspective.

Notice how your body responds to these emotions. Do you feel a knot in your stomach, a tightness in your chest, or a lump in your throat? Allow these physical sensations to dissolve, replaced by a sense of calmness and confidence.

Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing them to become your new reality:

* ‘I am not defined by others’ opinions.’

* ‘I am worthy of love and respect, regardless of what others think.’

* ‘I trust myself and my abilities.’

* ‘I am confident in my choices and decisions.’

* ‘I release the need for external validation and approval.’
