As you inhale, imagine fresh, empowering energy entering your body through this golden light. As you exhale, imagine any doubts, fears, or conditioning that have kept you from being your authentic self leaving your body.

Releasing Masks and Expectations

“Now, visualize any masks, roles, or expectations that have kept you from being your authentic self. See them as separate entities, floating in front of you.

Imagine a gentle breeze blowing through, carrying with it the whispers of ‘you are enough,’ ‘you are worthy,’ and ‘you are loved.’ As this breeze touches each mask, it begins to dissolve, crumble, and disappear.

Allow yourself to release any attachment to these masks, roles, or expectations. You are free to be yourself, without apology or pretension.

Embracing Your Authenticity

“As you continue to breathe in this golden light, imagine yourself embracing your authenticity. See yourself standing tall, with confidence and self-trust.

Hear the sound of your own voice, speaking your truth, sharing your thoughts, feelings, and desires with ease and conviction. Feel the sensation of your feet firmly planted on the ground, connected to your body and your inner wisdom.
