You are in control of your body, you are in control of your relaxation. You are a powerful, capable, and deserving individual.

Here is a sample script for a “Bring Your Body into a State of Deep Relaxation with Hypnotherapy” script:

Induction

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s calm and gentle voice guides the listener into a relaxed state.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this relaxation hypnotherapy session. Allow yourself to relax, let go of any tension, and settle in comfortably. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale out through your mouth. As you breathe out, feel any stress, anxiety, or worry leave your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase. With each step down, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, step down one step. Feel your body relaxing, your mind calming.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, step down another step. Your eyelids are growing heavy, your shoulders are relaxing, and your jaw is releasing any tension. You’re feeling more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful with each step down.

Now, imagine yourself at the bottom of the staircase. You’re standing in a peaceful, serene environment. Notice the sensation of your feet connecting with the ground, feeling stable, and secure. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to let go of any remaining tension or stress.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, I want you to imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body. This light represents relaxation, calmness, and peace. It’s spreading from the crown of your head, down through your face, neck, and shoulders, and into your heart.

As this light fills your body, it’s melting away any remaining tension, stress, or anxiety. You’re feeling more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful with each breath. Your body is becoming heavier, your mind is quieting, and your heart is filling with a sense of tranquility.

Now, I want you to repeat after me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am peaceful.’ Say it with me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am peaceful.'”

Body Scan

Hypnotherapist: “Now, I want you to bring your attention to your toes. Yes, your toes. Feel the weight of your body, feel the sensation of your toes relaxing, releasing any tension or stress. Allow your toes to feel heavy, to feel calm, and to feel peaceful.

Now, bring your attention to your feet, feel the soles of your feet connecting with the ground, feel the sensation of your feet relaxing, releasing any tension or stress. Allow your feet to feel heavy, to feel calm, and to feel peaceful.

Bring your attention to your ankles, feel the sensation of your ankles relaxing, releasing any tension or stress. Allow your ankles to feel heavy, to feel calm, and to feel peaceful.

Continue to bring your attention to each part of your body, working your way up to the top of your head. Allow each part of your body to relax, to release any tension or stress, and to feel peaceful.

Remember, you are in control of your body, you are in control of your relaxation. You are a powerful, capable, and deserving individual.”

Counting and Awakening

Hypnotherapist: “Now, I want you to slowly start counting backwards from 10. As you count, you’ll become more awake, more alert, and more refreshed.

10… You’re feeling more awake, more refreshed.

9… You’re becoming more aware of your surroundings.

8… You’re feeling more energized, more motivated.

7… You’re remembering the feeling of deep relaxation.

6… You’re feeling more focused, more centered.

5… You’re becoming more aware of your body, feeling more relaxed, more calm.

3… You’re remembering the peace, the tranquility, and the serenity.
