Clearing and Releasing Emotional Pain that shows in the Lingering Effects as (Diarrhea) and still trapped in your physical body with Hypnotherapy

Diarrhea is characterized by loose, watery stools three or more times a day, often lasting a few days. It can be caused by various factors, including infections, food intolerances, and side effects of medications. Treatments often focus on preventing dehydration by replacing lost fluids and electrolytes.

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help clear and release emotional pain that may be manifesting as diarrhea:

Induction

“Welcome to this safe and relaxing space. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel your eyelids growing heavier, your jaw releasing, and your shoulders dropping. With each breath, allow yourself to let go of any tension, any stress, any worries. You are safe, you are relaxed, and you are ready to explore and release any emotional pain that may be holding you back.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake on a warm summer day. Feel the sun shining down on your skin, warming your body, and calming your mind. With each breath, allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation, deeper into your subconscious mind. You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and healing.

Identifying and Releasing Emotional Pain

“Now, bring your attention to your body, specifically to your digestive system. Notice any areas of tension, any discomfort, or any pain. Allow yourself to connect with this physical sensation, and ask yourself, ‘What is the emotional root of this discomfort?’ Allow the answer to arise, and observe it without judgment.

“Is it fear, anxiety, sadness, or anger? Allow yourself to acknowledge this emotion, and permit it to arise to the surface of your awareness. Notice how it makes you feel, where it sits in your body, and what it’s trying to tell you.

“Now, imagine this emotional pain as a cloudy, murky water in your body. Visualize it swirling around your digestive system, causing discomfort and disturbance. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine this cloudy water being drained out of your body, leaving your digestive system clean, clear, and free.

Releasing and Letting Go

“Repeat after me: ‘I release all emotional pain and discomfort from my body. I let go of all fear, anxiety, sadness, and anger. I am free from the burdens of my past, and I welcome a new sense of peace, calmness, and harmony in my body and mind.’

“As you say these words, imagine the remaining cloudy water being drained out of your body, leaving your digestive system feeling light, relaxed, and peaceful. Visualize your body healing, repairing, and restoring itself to its natural state of balance and well-being.

Integration and Empowerment

“Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror. Look into your eyes, and see the spark of confidence, self-love, and self-acceptance. Know that you have released and let go of emotional pain, and you are now free to live your life with joy, freedom, and empowerment.

“Repeat after me: ‘I am strong, I am capable, and I am worthy of living a life free from emotional pain and discomfort. I trust my body’s ability to heal and restore itself to perfect health.’

“As you say these words, feel a surge of confidence and empowerment flowing through your body. Know that you have the power to create positive change in your life, and you are now ready to move forward with peace, harmony, and balance in your body and mind.”

Awakening

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Notice how you feel, notice the sense of relaxation, calmness, and peace that has settled in your body. Remember that you have the power to release emotional pain and discomfort, and you are now free to live your life with joy, freedom, and empowerment.”

Final Suggestion

“Before you go, take a few moments to journal your experience. Write down any insights, emotions, or sensations that arose during this hypnotherapy session. Reflect on how you feel now, and remember that you can return to this peaceful state whenever you need to release emotional pain and discomfort.”

Remember to always use a gentle and compassionate tone when guiding your client through this script, and to adjust the language and imagery to suit their individual needs and preferences.

Emotional pain is also sometimes referred to as psychic pain, spiritual pain, psychalgia, emotional suffering, psychological pain, algopsychalia, soul pain, or mental pain. Root Chakra Imbalance

The chakra system distributes the flow of prana or energy throughout your subtle body. Stress, illness, emotional upset, and conflict can all cause blockages or imbalance in your chakra system. All of the seven chakras are interconnected; when one chakra experiences a blockage or imbalance, it affects all the others. This disruption of energy can cause your mind, body, and spirit to suffer.

When your root chakra is imbalanced, it cracks the foundation of the whole chakra system. If you are just starting your chakra journey, it is important to balance your root chakra first. Imbalance in this chakra can cause you to find yourself coping with threats to your survival. These threats can be moving, changing jobs, reoccurring health problems, weight problems, sense of fear, or insecurity.

Underactive root chakra – When a chakra is underactive, it means that the chakra is experiencing a blockage or is not distributing the flow of energy. When your root chakra is underactive, it can affect your overall health.

Open the Root Chakra (red). This chakra is based on being physically aware and feeling comfortable in many situations. If opened, you should feel well-balanced and sensible, stable and secure. You don’t distrust people around you for no reason. You feel present in what is happening right now and very connected to your physical body. If it’s under-active: you tend to be fearful or nervous, and easily feel unwelcome. If it’s over-active: you may be materialistic and greedy. You feel as if you should be secure and are unwelcome to a change. Use the body and become aware of it. Do yoga, walk around the block, or do some manual house-cleaning. These activities let your body become known to you and will strengthen the chakra.

Ground yourself. This means that you should connect with the ground, and feel it beneath you. To do this, stand up straight and relaxed, put your feet shoulder-width apart, and slightly bend your knees. Move your pelvis forward a little, and keep your body balanced, so that your weight is evenly distributed over the soles of your feet. Then sink your weight forward. Stay in this position for several minutes.

After grounding yourself, sit cross-legged, let the tips of your thumb and index finger touch gently, in a peaceful motion.

Concentrate on the Root Chakra and what it stands for, at the spot in between the genitals and the anus.

Key Characteristics of the Root Chakra:

  • Grounding – Anchors our energy into the world and forms our connections with Mother Earth.
  • Security and Stability – Responsible for your sense of security and stability in your world.
  • Foundation – As the first chakra, it is responsible for the foundation you need to build upon during personal growth. You cannot grow unless you feel safe and secure.
  • Physicality – Highly responsive to your physical health.
  • Survival – Initiates your fight-or-flight mode and will to live.
  • Instincts – Embodies your primal and ancestral instincts.
