Healing Core Fear of Losing Control Wound’s with Hypnotherapy

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script to help heal the core fear of losing control wounds:

Induction

(Speak in a calm, soothing voice)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of healing and empowerment. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow your body to relax and let go of any tension or stress.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake on a warm summer day. Feel the gentle breeze on your skin and the warmth of the sun on your face. With each breath, allow yourself to relax further, letting go of any thoughts or worries.

As you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I let go’ to yourself, allowing any tension or anxiety to release. Now, imagine yourself becoming heavier, more grounded, and connected to the present moment. Allow your eyes to gently close, and let yourself drift into a deep state of relaxation.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself descending a gentle staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. As you descend, repeat the phrase ‘I am safe’ to yourself, allowing any fears or doubts to dissipate.

Notice the sensation of your feet touching the ground, feeling heavy and grounded. Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth, anchoring you in stability and control.

Now, visualize a warm, soothing light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels, it dissolves any tension, anxiety, or fear, replacing it with a sense of calm and tranquility.”

Exploring the Fear

“Gently, bring your attention to the area of your life where you feel a sense of losing control. It might be a specific situation, a relationship, or a general feeling. Allow yourself to observe this area without judgment, noticing any emotions, thoughts, or physical sensations that arise.

Imagine yourself standing in front of a large, old-fashioned door. This door represents the feared situation or feeling of losing control. Notice the door’s texture, color, and any symbols or markings on it.

As you stand before this door, allow yourself to acknowledge the fear and anxiety that arises.

Repeat the phrase ‘I acknowledge my fear’ to yourself, giving yourself permission to feel and process these emotions.

Now, imagine a gentle, compassionate voice speaking to you, saying, ‘You are safe, and you are in control.’ Allow this voice to reassure you, reminding you that you have the power to choose how you respond to any situation.”

Reframing and Empowerment

“Imagine yourself taking a deep breath, and as you exhale, you begin to shift your perspective. You start to see that the fear of losing control is not a fixed reality, but rather a perception that can be changed.

Visualize a new door, one that represents empowerment and control. This door is adorned with symbols of strength, resilience, and confidence. As you approach this door, imagine yourself feeling more grounded, more capable, and more in control.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am in control’ to yourself, allowing this affirmation to become a deeply ingrained truth. Imagine yourself making choices, taking actions, and navigating challenges with ease and confidence.

As you stand before this new door, imagine a surge of energy and motivation flowing through your body. You feel empowered, capable, and ready to face any situation that comes your way.”

Integration and Closure

“Take a moment to notice how you feel, allowing yourself to fully embody this newfound sense of control and empowerment. Imagine yourself integrating this new perspective into your daily life, making choices that align with your values and goals.

As you slowly begin to return to a state of full consciousness, remember that you can always return to this place of empowerment and control.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am in control’ to yourself, knowing that you have the power to choose how you respond to any situation.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath, feeling refreshed, renewed, and empowered. Remember to take this sense of control and confidence with you, integrating it into your daily life, and know that you can always return to this peaceful, empowering state whenever you need it.”

Post-Hypnotic Suggestions

“Before you fully emerge from this trance state, I offer you the following post-hypnotic suggestions:

* You will approach challenges with confidence and empowerment, knowing that you have the power to choose your response.

Remember, these suggestions will guide you in your journey towards healing and empowerment. Trust in yourself and your ability to navigate any situation with ease and confidence.”

Speak Your Truth Even if Your Voice Shakes with Hypnotherapy

Here’s a hypnotherapy script based on the principle of speaking your truth, even if your voice shakes:

Induction

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s voice is calm and gentle.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Allow yourself to settle in and get comfortable. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then release it slowly. As you exhale, allow any tension or stress to leave your body.”

(Pause for a few moments)

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine yourself in a peaceful place, where you feel completely safe and supported. This could be a cozy room, a serene landscape, or a comforting memory. Take a moment to visualize this place, and allow yourself to fully immerse in its tranquility.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine a warm, calming light beginning to fill your body. This light represents confidence and self-expression. As it spreads through your body, it melts away any doubts or fears that may be holding you back. Allow yourself to breathe deeply, and feel your body becoming more relaxed, more centered, and more empowered.”

(Pause for a few moments)

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself becoming more and more connected to your inner truth. You feel a sense of clarity and purpose, and you know that you have the right to express yourself authentically. You are worthy of being heard, and you are strong enough to speak your truth, even if it’s challenging.”

Suggestion

Hypnotherapist: “Now, I’d like you to imagine yourself in a situation where you need to speak up. It could be a difficult conversation, a public speaking engagement, or a moment of standing up for yourself. As you prepare to express yourself, remind yourself that it’s okay to feel nervous or uncertain. But also remind yourself that your voice matters, and that your truth is worth sharing.”

(Pause for a few moments)

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine yourself taking a deep breath, feeling the fear or anxiety, and then speaking your truth anyway. Your voice may shake, but you speak from a place of authenticity and conviction. You feel a sense of pride and empowerment, knowing that you’ve expressed yourself honestly and courageously.”

Reinforcement

Hypnotherapist: “From this day forward, you will find yourself more confident and self-assured in expressing your truth. You will remember that your voice matters, and that you have the right to be heard. You will speak up, even when it’s challenging, and you will do so with courage, conviction, and compassion.”

(Pause for a few moments)

Hypnotherapist: “Repeat the following phrase to yourself, allowing it to become a guiding principle in your life: ‘I speak my truth, even if my voice shakes. I am courageous, confident, and authentic.'”

Awakening

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, slowly begin to bring yourself back to a state of full awareness. Take your time, and when you’re ready, you can open your eyes. Remember the sense of empowerment and confidence you experienced during this session, and know that you can return to it whenever you need to.”

(Soothing music continues to play for another minute or two, allowing you to gradually come back to a state of full awareness.)

This script is just a sample, and you can modify it to fit your specific needs and style. Remember to always use a gentle and calming tone, and to provide a safe and supportive environment for yourself.
