“Now, bring to mind a specific emotional issue or memory that you’ve been struggling with. It could be a past trauma, a current challenge, or a recurring emotional pattern. As you focus on this issue, notice how you’re feeling. Are you feeling anxious, sad, angry, or overwhelmed?

Imagine that you’re standing in front of a large, old door. This door represents the emotional blockage, resistance to love or issue that you’re facing. Notice the sensations in your body as you approach the door. Are you feeling a sense of stuckness, fear, or apprehension?

As you breathe in, imagine that you’re gathering the courage to open the door. As you breathe out, imagine that you’re releasing any emotional resistance or hesitation. Slowly, lovingly, gently, and compassionately, allow yourself to open the door and step inside.

“As you enter this emotional space, allow yourself to fully feel the emotions that arise. Don’t try to analyze, rationalize, or suppress them. Simply feel them, as if you’re experiencing them for the first time. Notice the sensations in your body, the thoughts in your mind, and the emotions in your heart.

Remember, the only way out is through. You must feel the emotions to heal them. Allow yourself to immerse in this emotional experience, without judgment or resistance.

As you do, repeat the following phrases to yourself:

* ‘I allow myself to feel this emotion fully.’

* ‘I give myself permission to process this experience.’

* ‘I trust that I can handle whatever arises.’

* ‘I am safe, supported, and compassionate towards myself.’

Allow these words to sink deep into your subconscious mind, becoming a part of your inner dialogue. Feel a sense of emotional release, a sense of liberation, and a sense of healing wash over you.”

Integration:

“Now, imagine that you’re taking a step back from the emotional experience. Notice how you’re feeling now, compared to when you first opened the door. Are you feeling more calm, more centered, or more at peace?

As you breathe in, imagine that you’re integrating the insights and emotions from this experience. As you breathe out, imagine that you’re releasing any remaining emotional blockages or resistance. Allow yourself to feel a sense of closure, a sense of completion, and a sense of emotional healing.

Remember, you are not your emotions. You are a loving, unique, beautiful, and resilient being, capable of processing and releasing emotional blockages.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself, with conviction and confidence:

* ‘I am healed, I am whole, and I am at peace.'”

Counting Up:

“When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring yourself back to a state of full awareness. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes.
