As you breathe in, imagine that you’re drawing this loving energy into your heart, filling you with compassion, understanding, and wisdom. As you breathe out, imagine that you’re sharing this energy with the world, spreading love, peace, and harmony.

Communication with Higher Power

“Now, imagine that you’re having a conversation with your Higher Power. Ask any questions, share your concerns, and listen for guidance. Remember, your Higher Power is always available to you, offering wisdom, love, and support.

Affirmations

“As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:

– ‘I am connected to my Higher Power.’

– ‘I trust in the guidance and wisdom of my Higher Power.’

– ‘I am worthy of love, support, and guidance from my Higher Power.’

Integration
