Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you feel completely safe and relaxed. This could be a beach, a forest, or a comfortable room in your home. Take a moment to visualize this place, and allow yourself to fully immerse in its tranquility.

As you settle in, take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat after me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am at peace.'”

Deepening

“Now, I want you to imagine yourself standing in a bright, warm light. This light represents your inner happiness, your joy, and your positivity. As you bask in this light, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more centered, and more connected to your heart.

Repeat after me: ‘I am happy, I am joyful, I am at peace.’

Choosing Happiness

“Now, bring to mind the concept of choice. Remember that you have the power to choose how you feel, how you think, and how you react to any situation.
