Unconditional Surender by Acceptance and Letting Go with Hypnotherapy

Here’s a hypnotherapy script for unconditional surrender by acceptance and letting go:

Induction

Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow yourself to relax, feeling the weight of your body sinking into the ground.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels, it calms and relaxes each muscle, each cell, and each thought.

With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more open to the present moment.

Deepening

Now, imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake on a warm summer day. Feel the gentle breeze on your skin, the sun’s warmth on your face, and the sound of the water lapping against the shore.

As you breathe in, imagine that you’re inhaling the peacefulness of this environment, and as you breathe out, imagine that you’re exhaling any tension, any stress, or any worries.

Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, any concerns, or any distractions. Simply focus on the present moment, and the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your body.

Unconditional Surrender

Now, bring to mind the things that you’ve been struggling with, the things that you’ve been trying to control, or the things that you’ve been resisting. It could be a specific situation, a relationship, a fear, or a habit.

As you think about these things, allow yourself to acknowledge the effort you’ve been putting into trying to change them, into trying to make them different. Acknowledge the energy you’ve been expending, the stress you’ve been experiencing, and the frustration you’ve been feeling.

Now, imagine that you’re standing in front of a large, wooden door. This door represents your resistance, your struggle, and your need to control. As you look at the door, say to yourself: “I surrender. I let go. I release all resistance, all struggle, and all need to control.”

As you say these words, imagine that the door is slowly opening, and a warm, golden light is flowing out. This light represents your unconditional surrender, your acceptance, and your willingness to let go.

Acceptance and Letting Go

Now, imagine that you’re stepping through the doorway, and into a new space. This space represents a place of acceptance, a place of surrender, and a place of letting go.

As you enter this space, allow yourself to feel a sense of freedom, a sense of release, and a sense of peace. Imagine that you’re letting go of all the things that you’ve been trying to control, all the things that you’ve been struggling with, and all the things that you’ve been resisting.

Say to yourself: “I accept things as they are. I accept myself as I am. I let go of all resistance, all struggle, and all need to control. I surrender to the present moment, and I trust that everything will work out for my highest good.”

Integration

As you stand in this space of acceptance and surrender, allow yourself to integrate the feeling of letting go, the feeling of release, and the feeling of peace.

Imagine that this feeling is spreading throughout your body, filling you with a sense of calm, a sense of clarity, and a sense of purpose.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, knowing that you can return to this space of surrender and acceptance whenever you need it.

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion

Remember, whenever you feel the need to surrender, to let go, or to accept, simply take a deep breath in, and say to yourself: “I surrender. I let go. I release all resistance, all struggle, and all need to control.” And as you exhale, imagine that you’re releasing all tension, all stress, and all worries, allowing yourself to return to a state of peace, calm, and clarity.

This script is designed to help you surrender, let go, and accept things as they are, allowing you to find peace, calm, and clarity in the present moment. Remember to practice self-compassion, and be gentle with yourself as you work through the process of surrender and acceptance.

Letting Go of the Pain and Moving On after a Breakup with Hypnotherapy

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for letting go of the pain and moving on after a breakup:

Induction:

“Welcome, and allow yourself to settle into a comfortable and relaxed state. Take a deep breath in, feeling the air fill your lungs, and exhale slowly, releasing any tension or stress. Imagine yourself in a peaceful and serene environment, where you feel safe and supported.

As you inhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am calm’ to yourself, and as you exhale, repeat ‘I am relaxed.’ Allow your body to sink deeper into relaxation with each breath, feeling your muscles release any hold or tension.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels, it dissolves any discomfort, anxiety, or sadness, replacing it with a sense of calm and tranquility.

Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake on a warm summer day. Feel the gentle breeze on your skin, the warm sun on your face, and the sound of the water lapping against the shore. With each breath, allow yourself to become more relaxed, more calm, and more centered.

As you gaze out onto the lake, notice the ripples on the water’s surface. These ripples represent the emotions and thoughts that have been stirring within you since the breakup. Watch as the ripples begin to settle, becoming less pronounced and less turbulent.

Letting Go:

“Now, Gerald, I want you to imagine a small boat on the lake, representing the relationship that has ended. See the boat as it drifts away from you, carrying with it any pain, sadness, or regret. As the boat disappears into the distance, repeat the phrase ‘I let go’ to yourself, feeling the weight of these emotions lifting from your heart and mind.

Imagine the boat transforming into a beautiful lotus flower, symbolizing the growth, renewal, and beauty that can emerge from the end of a relationship. As the flower blooms, it releases any remaining emotions, allowing you to feel lighter, freer, and more at peace.

Moving On:

“Now, visualize yourself standing on the shore, feeling the warm sun on your skin and the breeze in your hair. Imagine a new path unfolding before you, representing the exciting possibilities and opportunities that lie ahead. See yourself walking along this path, feeling strong, confident, and empowered.

As you walk, repeat the phrase ‘I am free’ to yourself, feeling the freedom and liberation that comes with moving on. Imagine the path becoming brighter, more vibrant, and more filled with promise, representing the new experiences, connections, and growth that await you.

Empowerment:

“Remember, Gerald, you are strong, capable, and resilient. You have navigated challenges before and have emerged stronger and wiser. Trust in your ability to heal, to grow, and to thrive. Know that you deserve happiness, love, and fulfillment, and that these are within your reach.

As you continue on your journey, repeat the following affirmations to yourself: ‘I am worthy of love and respect.’ ‘I am capable of overcoming any obstacle.’ ‘I am strong, confident, and empowered.’ Allow these words to sink deeply into your mind and heart, becoming a guiding force in your life.

Awakening:

“When you are ready, slowly begin to bring your attention back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and revitalized. Remember the sense of peace, calm, and empowerment that you have cultivated during this hypnotherapy session, and know that you can return to this state whenever you need it.

As you open your eyes, take a moment to notice how you feel. Notice any shifts in your thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations. Remember that you have the power to choose how you respond to challenging situations, and that you are capable of creating a brighter, more fulfilling future for yourself.”
