A3 – Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy Session

Notice your surroundings. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? Allow yourself to fully immerse in this past life experience.

Here is a sample script for a past life regression hypnotherapy session:

*Induction*

(Soothing music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this past life regression hypnotherapy session. My name is [Your Name], and I’ll be guiding you through this journey. Please find a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting comfortably, with your back straight and your eyes closed.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel your muscles relaxing, letting go of any tension or stress.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with 10 steps leading down. With each step, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, say to yourself, ‘I let go.’ Take a step down. (pause) 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1.

You’re now at the bottom of the staircase, feeling calm, relaxed, and focused. Imagine yourself in a peaceful place, surrounded by nature, where you feel safe and comfortable. This is your sanctuary.

Take a few deep breaths, feeling your body relax even further. Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns. You’re safe, and you’re protected.”

*Deepening*

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head, and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it’s dissolving any remaining tension or stress.

Allow yourself to feel heavier, as if you’re sinking deeper into relaxation. Your eyelids are becoming heavier, your breathing slower, and your body more relaxed.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful, dreamlike state, where you’re able to access your subconscious mind. You’re ready to explore your past lives, and gain insights and understanding.”

*Past Life Regression*

“Imagine yourself standing in front of a large, ornate mirror. This mirror represents the gateway to your past lives. As you look into the mirror, you see a reflection that’s not quite yours. It’s a reflection from a past life.

Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, allow yourself to step into the mirror. You’re now in a past life, and you’re experiencing it as if it’s happening now.

Notice your surroundings. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? Allow yourself to fully immerse in this past life experience.

Now, I want you to focus on your body. What does it feel like? Are you male or female? What’s your age? What’s your occupation?

Take your time, and explore this past life. Notice any emotions, thoughts, or sensations that arise. Allow yourself to fully experience this life, and gain any insights or understanding that you need.

When you’re ready, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, slowly step out of the mirror. You’re back in your sanctuary, feeling calm, relaxed, and peaceful.”

*Integration*

“Take a few deep breaths, and as you inhale, imagine fresh, new energy entering your body. As you exhale, imagine any remaining emotions or thoughts from the past life experience leaving your body.

Notice how you’re feeling now. Notice any shifts, insights, or understanding that you’ve gained.

Remember, the memories from your past life experience are now a part of your conscious mind. You can access them whenever you need to, and use them to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your life.

Take your time, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. You’ll find yourself back in the present, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more aware.”

*Awakening*

“Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, say to yourself, ‘I’m awake, I’m aware, and I’m refreshed.’ Stretch your body, and take a moment to notice how you’re feeling.

Remember, the insights and understanding you gained during this session will integrate into your conscious mind over the next few days. Be gentle with yourself, and allow yourself to process any emotions or thoughts that arise.

*Final Suggestions*

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel your eyelids growing heavy, and your jaw releasing any tension.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with 10 steps leading down into a peaceful, relaxing environment. With each step, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, take your first step down. Feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused.

(Take a pause for about 10 seconds)

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, take your second step down. Feel yourself becoming even more relaxed, even more calm, and even more focused.

(Continue this process until you reach the 10th step)

You’re now at the bottom of the staircase, in a peaceful, relaxing environment. Take a moment to notice your surroundings, the sights, the sounds, and the feelings in your body.

*Deepening*

“Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light represents your higher self, your inner wisdom, and your deepest understanding.

As you breathe in, imagine this light filling your body, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel yourself becoming even more relaxed, even more calm, and even more focused.

With each breath, imagine this light growing brighter, and your connection to your higher self growing stronger.

*Regression*

“Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, natural environment, such as a forest or a meadow. Notice the sights, the sounds, and the feelings in your body.

Now, I want you to imagine that you’re standing in front of a large, old tree. This tree represents your past lives, your memories, and your experiences.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, place your hands on the trunk of the tree. Feel the energy of the tree flowing into your hands, and imagine yourself connecting with your past lives.

Allow yourself to receive any images, emotions, or sensations that come to you. You may see flashes of memories, or feel emotions that are not yours. Allow yourself to observe them without judgment, and without attachment.

*Exploration*

“Allow yourself to explore one of these memories or experiences. See yourself in that situation, and notice the details around you.

What do you see, hear, and feel?

Take your time, and allow yourself to fully immerse in this experience. Notice any emotions that arise, and allow yourself to feel them fully.

*Integration*

“As you continue to explore this experience, allow yourself to gain any insights, understandings, or realizations that come to you. Notice how this experience may be connected to your current life, and how it may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, or behaviours.

Take a moment to reflect on what you’ve learned, and how you can integrate this understanding into your current life.

*Counting Up*

“When you’re ready, I’ll count up from 1 to 10, and you’ll slowly return to the present moment, feeling refreshed, renewed, and inspired.

Take one last deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to slowly return to the present moment.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8… 9… 10.

You’re now fully awake, and fully present in the current moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes.”

* Always ensure that the client is comfortable and relaxed before proceeding with the regression.
* Use a calm and soothing tone of voice to guide the client through the process.
* Allow the client to take their time and explore their experiences without interruption.
