Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll develop the ability to only speak your truth. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake on a calm day. With each breath, feel your body relax, starting from your toes, up through your legs, torso, arms, and head. Allow any tension or stress to melt away, like the gentle ripples on the lake’s surface.
Deepening
“As you inhale, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. As you exhale, imagine any doubts, worries, or fears leaving your body. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more centered, and more connected to your inner self.
Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head. This light represents your inner wisdom, your integrity, and your commitment to speaking your truth.
Only Speak Your Truth
“Imagine a filter forming around your mouth and throat, allowing only your authentic voice to pass through. This filter represents your commitment to speaking your truth, and only your truth.
As you breathe in, imagine this filter strengthening, becoming more refined, and more discerning. You feel a sense of clarity and confidence in your communication, knowing that you are only speaking your truth.
Repeat to yourself: ‘I only speak my truth. I am authentic and honest in my communication. I trust myself to express myself accurately and respectfully.’
Release Fear of Judgment
“Imagine a scenario where you might feel tempted to speak something that isn’t your truth. You see the people around you, and you feel their potential judgment.
As you breathe in, imagine a sense of calm and confidence filling your body. You feel a strong connection to your inner self, and you know that you are worthy of respect and understanding.
Repeat to yourself: ‘I release the fear of judgment. I trust that my truth is valuable and worthy of being heard. I am confident in my authenticity and my integrity.’
Integration
“As you come to the end of this hypnotherapy session, take a moment to integrate the insights and sensations you’ve experienced. Know that you have the ability to only speak your truth, and that you are committed to authenticity and honesty in your communication.
