Core Principle

The body never lies.
Pain often appears where truth is ignored, emotion is suppressed, or boundaries are violated.

When emotional pain is not felt, the body feels it for us.

Gentle Healing Questions

* What emotion am I avoiding?
* Where am I not being honest with myself?
* What truth wants to be expressed?
* What am I holding that needs releasing?

Healing your Subconscious Mind with Hypnotherapy

Imagine any negative patterns or limitations in your Subconscious Mind being gently released, like autumn leaves falling to the ground. As they leave, imagine fresh, new possibilities and opportunities taking their place, nourishing and empowering you.

Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for healing the Subconscious Mind:

Induction

(Soft, calming music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey to heal and transform your Subconscious Mind. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Allow yourself to relax, let go of any tension, and feel the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you. Imagine any stress, anxiety, or worries leaving your body with each exhalation.

As you breathe in, repeat the phrase ‘I am calm and relaxed’ to yourself. As you breathe out, repeat ‘I let go of all tension and stress.’ Continue this process, allowing yourself to settle deeper into relaxation with each breath.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each step down, you feel yourself becoming more calm, more relaxed, and more focused.

As you descend the staircase, repeat the phrase ‘deeper and deeper’ to yourself, allowing the words to become a gentle mantra that guides you into a state of deep relaxation.

You are now at the bottom of the staircase, and you feel a sense of profound calm and tranquility. Your mind is quiet, your body is relaxed, and your heart is open to the present moment.”

Accessing the Subconscious Mind

“Imagine a warm, golden light beginning to fill the space around you. This light represents your Subconscious Mind, the part of you that holds your deepest fears, desires, and memories.

As the golden light envelops you, allow yourself to become aware of any patterns, habits, or limitations that are present in your Subconscious Mind. Notice them without judgment, simply observing them as they surface.

Imagine yourself being gentle and compassionate with yourself, allowing yourself to release any negative patterns or limitations that no longer serve you.”

Releasing Negative Patterns

“Imagine any negative patterns or limitations in your Subconscious Mind being gently released, like autumn leaves falling to the ground. As they leave, imagine fresh, new possibilities and opportunities taking their place, nourishing and empowering you.

Repeat the following affirmations to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your Subconscious Mind:

* ‘I release all fear, anxiety, and self-doubt.’

* ‘I trust my inner wisdom and intuition.’

* ‘I am worthy of love, care, and compassion.’

Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind

“Imagine your Subconscious Mind being reprogrammed with positive, empowering thoughts and beliefs. Imagine yourself being confident, capable, and strong.

Repeat the following affirmations to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your Subconscious Mind:

* ‘I am confident in my abilities and strengths.’

* ‘I trust myself and my decisions.’

* ‘I am worthy of success and happiness.’

Integration and Awakening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself slowly beginning to awaken, feeling refreshed, renewed, and revitalized.

Take a moment to notice how you feel, any changes in your body or mind. Notice any shifts in your perspective, any sense of clarity or purpose.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to face the world with a healed and transformed Subconscious Mind.”

Counting Up

“As you come back to full awareness, take a moment to notice how you feel. Imagine yourself feeling more grounded, more centered, and more at peace.

Count slowly to yourself, from1 to5, and with each number, feel yourself becoming more alert, more focused, and more ready to return to your day.

When you reach5, take a deep breath in, and slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and revitalized.”

This script is a sample and may need to be adjusted based on individual needs and preferences. It’s always best to work with a licensed hypnotherapist or healthcare professional for personalized hypnotherapy sessions.
