Allow yourself to fully immerse in this memory, seeing it in vivid detail, hearing the sounds, smelling the scents, and feeling the emotions. Allow yourself to relive this experience, but this time, from a safe and distant perspective.

As you relive this memory, I want you to pay attention to your third eye area, located between your eyebrows.

Where do you feel the illusion?
