Here is a hypnotherapy script to help you release the power that the false self has over you:

*Title:* Liberating Yourself from the False Self

*Induction:*

(Soothing music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this journey of self-liberation and empowerment. Allow yourself to relax, let go of any tension or stress, and simply be present in this moment.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your body relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. With each breath, allow yourself to let go of any doubts, fears, or limitations.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by calming colors, and soothing scents. Feel the ground beneath your feet, solid and stable.

As you continue to breathe deeply, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your eyes to gently close. Allow yourself to drift into a state of relaxation, where your mind is calm, and your heart is open.”

*Deepening:*

“Now, imagine yourself walking through a dark forest, where the trees represent the shadows of your false self. With each step, feel yourself becoming more aware of the illusions, the masks, and the pretenses that have controlled you.

As you walk, notice how the trees begin to shrink, and the path becomes more illuminated. This represents your growing awareness, and your desire to break free from the false self.”

*Confronting the False Self:*

“Now, imagine standing face to face with your false self. Look into its eyes, and see the fears, the doubts, and the limitations that have held you back.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, say to your false self, ‘I see you, I acknowledge you, and I release your power over me.’ Feel the weight, the burden, and the stress, lifting off your shoulders.

Imagine the false self beginning to fade away, like a mist that disappears in the morning sun. Feel the sense of liberation, the sense of freedom, and the sense of empowerment, that comes from releasing its grip on you.”

*Reclaiming Your True Power:*

“Now, imagine a bright, radiant light filling your entire being. This represents your true self, your authentic power, and your inner wisdom.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, declare to yourself, ‘I am in control, I am empowered, and I am the master of my life.’ Feel the surge of confidence, the boost of self-esteem, and the sense of mastery, that comes from reclaiming your true power.”

*Integration:*

“Now, take a moment to fully integrate this sense of liberation, and empowerment. Allow it to settle deep within your being, like roots growing deeper into the earth.

Remember, you have the power to choose, to create, and to live the life you desire. Trust that you are capable, strong, and worthy of living an authentic, fulfilling life.”

*Closing:*

“Take one final, deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Remember to bring the feeling of liberation, and empowerment with you, as you return to your daily life.

Trust that you are now more in control, more confident, and more connected to your true self. You are free to be yourself, to live your life, and to shine your light.”

Induction

“Welcome to this journey of mental detoxification and renewal. Allow yourself to take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel any tension or stress leave your body. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene place, where you feel completely safe and at ease.

As we begin this hypnotherapy session, I invite you to allow your eyes to grow heavy, and your eyelids to slowly close. Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your body relax even further.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your mind, calming your thoughts, and quieting your mind. As this light touches each part of your mind, it brings with it relaxation, calmness, and a sense of mental clarity.

Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns. You are safe, and protected, and you can trust that you are in control of this journey.”

Deepening

“Now, I want you to imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, mental sanctuary. It could be a quiet forest glade, a serene beach, or a peaceful mountain meadow. Notice the sights, sounds, and sensations of this place. Allow yourself to feel fully present, and fully relaxed.

As you inhale, imagine that you are breathing in the essence of this place. Imagine it filling your mind, and calming your thoughts.

As you exhale, imagine any mental chatter, or worries, leaving your mind. Imagine them being released, and let go of, like autumn leaves falling to the ground.”

Mental Detox

“Now, I want you to imagine that your mind is a filtering system, sorting through thoughts, and emotions. Imagine that you are releasing any negative, or toxic, thoughts, and emotions. Imagine them being released, and let go of, like clouds disappearing in the sky.

As you inhale, imagine that you are inhaling a sense of mental clarity, and focus. Imagine that you are thinking clearly, and making decisions with ease.

As you exhale, imagine any mental fogginess, or confusion, leaving your mind. Imagine it being replaced by a sense of mental clarity, and focus.”

Releasing Negative Thoughts

“Now, I want you to imagine that you are releasing any negative, or limiting, thoughts. Imagine them being released, and let go of, like balloons floating away in the sky.

As you exhale, imagine any negative self-talk, or self-doubt, leaving your mind. Imagine it being replaced by a sense of confidence, and self-worth.

Imagine that you are thinking positively, and believing in yourself. Imagine that you are capable, and confident, and that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.”

Closing

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine that you are bringing this feeling of mental detoxification, and renewal, back with you, into your waking state.

Remember, you can return to this peaceful place, whenever you need to. You can access this mental detoxification, and renewal, at any time.

When you are ready, you can slowly open your eyes, and return to your day, feeling more mentally clear, more focused, and more confident.”
