Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself walking along a quiet, moonlit path, surrounded by tall trees and the sound of gentle wind rustling through the leaves. As you walk, notice the sensation of your feet touching the ground, feeling the weight and the connection to the earth.

With each step, allow yourself to become more relaxed, more open, and more receptive to the present moment. Remember, being alone is not about isolation, but about connection – connection to yourself, your thoughts, and your feelings.

As you continue on this path, come across a clearing. In the center of this clearing stands a beautiful, tranquil lake, its surface reflecting the stars above. This lake represents your inner world, your emotions, and your deepest desires.

Approach the lake, and as you do, feel a sense of calm and peace emanating from it. Allow yourself to sit on the shore, feeling the cool breeze on your skin and the gentle lapping of the water against the shore.
