Induction:

“Allow yourself to relax, feeling the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel any tension or stress leaving your body. Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill the space around you, calming your mind and relaxing your muscles.

As you breathe in, repeat the phrase ‘I am calm’ to yourself. As you breathe out, repeat ‘I am relaxed.’ Allow this calmness and relaxation to deepen with each breath, feeling your body and mind letting go of all tension.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by nature’s beauty. With each breath, feel your connection to your heart and your true self growing stronger.”

Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself walking along a quiet, moonlit path, surrounded by tall trees and the sound of gentle wind rustling through the leaves. As you walk, notice the sensation of your feet touching the ground, feeling the weight and the connection to the earth.

With each step, allow yourself to become more relaxed, more open, and more receptive to the present moment. Remember, being alone is not about isolation, but about connection – connection to yourself, your thoughts, and your feelings.

As you continue on this path, come across a clearing. In the center of this clearing stands a beautiful, tranquil lake, its surface reflecting the stars above. This lake represents your inner world, your emotions, and your deepest desires.

Approach the lake, and as you do, feel a sense of calm and peace emanating from it. Allow yourself to sit on the shore, feeling the cool breeze on your skin and the gentle lapping of the water against the shore. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am at peace with being alone.'”

Embracing Solitude:

“Now, imagine that you are surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light represents your capacity for self-love, self-acceptance, and self-compassion. As you bask in this light, allow yourself to let go of any feelings of loneliness, isolation, or disconnection.

Repeat the following phrases to yourself: ‘I am enough, just as I am. I am worthy of love and respect, regardless of my relationship status. I trust in my ability to navigate my emotions and to find joy in solitude.’

As you continue to breathe, imagine that you are embracing your alone time as an opportunity for growth, reflection, and self-discovery. See yourself engaging in activities that bring you joy, whether it’s reading, writing, painting, or simply taking a relaxing bath.
